We stayed at the Paris Hotel in January. Checking in was a breeze and parking was conveniently close. Unfortunately, there were some things which caused us problems: a lot of chipped paint in the restroom, a green film around the sink counter which looked like mold, the headboard of the bed and vent in the bathroom were both very dusty, the bathtub drain plug was not working properly, the mini fridge was not cold enough and had no temperature setting, and we did not have a remote for the television. These all contributed to an unsatisfactory overall experience, considering the level of detail one would expect from a hotel of this caliber and the price.
While I wasn't overly impressed with my room at Paris, the Eiffel Tower Experience is certainly worth it. They let you stay up there as much as you'd like when you get to the top which is nice. It is an excellent place to view the Bellagio fountain show from at night which I didn't even think of until someone else mentioned it when I got there. Clear night made for wonderful pictures, and videos. The line to get down was a tad longer, maybe about 13 minutes or so waiting. When I got downstairs again in the hotel lobby, the line to get up was quadruple what it was an hour prior. Don't wait, and try to go after 9pm--hit it when most people are at dinner and get out before the crowds start.
I had one of the best burgers (Swine Burger) ever and the Red Velvet Cheesecake was extraordinary and indulgent - the berries on the cake were really fresh. The atmosphere and decor were also great. A friend of mine ordered the Chicken and Waffles and they were remarkable as well.
