I had a great time at Don't Tell Mama in Las Vegas. The staff were all very friendly and the pianist was incredibly talented. The bartenders added to the fun with their energetic singing. I didn't realize it was a karaoke/piano bar, so I was just looking to sing along rather than perform.
I visited P.F. Chang's in Las Vegas recently with my companions for a satisfying dinner. Despite a slight wait, we were seated at a nice table towards the back of the restaurant. The menu had a great selection of vegetarian options, and we ended up ordering spring rolls, Brussels sprouts, fried rice, and prawns. The dishes were prepared well and tasted fresh. The service was quick, and we left feeling full and content.
Please note that 8 East is located inside Circa casino, which is 21+ only. I visited one evening around 8pm and was promptly seated for a party of 2. We ordered the sizzling shrimp, cumin lamb lollipops, and the sizzling noodle. Despite high expectations due to the menu descriptions, the dishes were underwhelming and excessively salty. The shrimp was overcooked and tough, while the lamb was dry and too salty to taste the cumin. The sizzling noodle had undercooked thick ribbon noodles, making them firm and doughy in the center. Although I wanted to enjoy my meal, each dish fell short. Service was average, with some long waits between interactions with our waiter. Overall, my experience was just mediocre and I am not likely to return for another visit.
Beerhaus in Las Vegas is a great spot to hang out, drink, and play some games. The service is also solid. The ribs were decent, but could've been more tender and flavorful. The Texas toast that came with the ribs was fluffy. Everything fried was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Surprisingly, the star of the meal was the fried string beans, even for someone who doesn't typically like string beans. Highly recommended.
We were seated promptly at Broadway Burger Bar but had to wait about 10-15 minutes before our server acknowledged us. However, the food and prices more than made up for the delay. It was refreshing to find a restaurant in the hotel that didn't break the bank. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend it to others.
The bar at Montecristo Cigar Bar in Las Vegas is nice and the service is great. However, I was disappointed in the cigar humidor experience. The attendant needs to invest in better cutters or learn how to cut a cigar based on sizing. Unfortunately, my $30 Sweet Jane cigar was ruined because the cut was too deep, and the attendant showed a lack of concern when I brought it to their attention. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
