The atmosphere at 1923 Prohibition Bar in Las Vegas is fantastic, especially tonight with a lively crowd of LSU fans. Despite a bit of awkwardness due to some Alabama gear in our group, both the staff and other patrons were incredibly friendly. This speakeasy is a must-visit spot when you're in town. The drinks are expertly crafted with a wide variety of options. Definitely worth checking out!
Fremont Country Club in Las Vegas is a perfect funky and laid-back spot with unique decor and an outdoor section featuring a food truck. The sound system was fantastic as well.
The view is impressive, though the seating is somewhat limited. It would be better if the lighting were dimmer to enhance the visibility of the city lights, as there's a significant glare on the windows. We tried some cocktails during our visit, and unfortunately, they were quite disappointing. This was partly due to my oversight in not realizing they use bottom-shelf liquor. Additionally, their Margaritas are more like tequila-infused slushies rather than traditional Margaritas.
This experience was unbelievably disappointing and I can't fathom how this establishment is still operating in a major casino. Our drinks took excessively long to arrive, and my martini was lukewarm. We started with the spicy tuna roll, which was underwhelming due to the bland wasabi. Two guests in our party ordered linguine and clams, which were served a full 20 minutes before the remaining dishes. The clams were extremely chewy, akin to hard gum, forcing us to spit them out, and the white sauce lacked any discernible flavor. I also ordered a draft beer, which was served warm. Neither of us consumed any of the clams, and when we voiced our concerns, the only remedy offered was not charging for the barely-drunk warm beer. The other meals were equally subpar, and getting our finished plates cleared was a challenge. Steer clear of this place!
We opted for takeout and were impressed by how bustling it was, even on a Monday evening! It's clear that this place is quite popular. The BBQ bacon burger was fantastic, and the chili dog and regular dog did not disappoint either. The fries are absolutely top-notch! Prices are very reasonable. Definitely planning to dine in next time!
This was my first dining stop in Vegas, and it set a high bar! The bartender, Jessica, was delightful and very attentive. Starting off with chips and salsa was a great choice – make sure to request the spicy salsa if that's your preference. The tacos were excellent, and the taquitos had the perfect crunch. Overall, the experience, food, and service were all top-notch.
While staying at Park MGM, I was on the lookout for a spot to watch the NBA Finals and decided to try BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar due to its convenient location. I'm glad I did. There were plenty of screens showing the game, and although the overall crowd was a bit sparse, I thoroughly enjoyed cheering on the Celtics. The food and drinks were impressive. I started with some buffalo wings, which were delicious. Torn between the chicken tacos and fish tacos, I opted for both. The chicken tacos were good, but the fish tacos were exceptional – highly recommended if you visit. The Old Fashioneds, which had a special menu name I can't recall, were well-crafted and generous with the bourbon, adding to the experience. Overall, it was a pretty good time.
Market Place Buffet at Rampart Casino was a delightful experience. The restaurant was impeccably clean, with active staff consistently cleaning and washing everything down. The food was of excellent quality, and the staff was both friendly and professional. Every station featured smiles and an attractive layout, making the dining environment very pleasant. Everything not only looked delicious but tasted even better. The manager, Ann, approached us to ensure everything met our expectations, which added a personal touch to our visit. It was wonderful! Thank you. Market Place Buffet is the perfect choice if you're looking for a wide variety of options. The price is justified when compared to other places in the area. Highly recommend. Enjoy!
