**Consider Other Locations** I recently visited Nobu at the Virgin Hotel. The food, as expected from Nobu, was of good quality, but it didn't quite reach the heights one would associate with a Michelin star reputation. The dishes were well-prepared, but they missed the "wow" factor that makes such meals special. The service was agreeable, though it became apparent that my server was still undergoing training. Given the meal's price tag of over $500, this was less than ideal; one would anticipate a seasoned professional in such a setting. Ideally, training should be conducted during less busy times to uphold the high standards synonymous with Nobu. Regrettably, the most significant letdown was the venue itself. The Virgin Hotel doesn’t exude the luxury one would expect from a Nobu establishment. The atmosphere felt mismatched and more dreary than vibrant, detracting from what should be an exceptional dining experience. For those who enjoy Nobu, I recommend opting for the location at MGM Caesar’s. The ambiance there is far more lively and in sync with the upscale dining experience that Nobu is known for.
My dining companion and I decided to visit for lunch, drawn by the $9.99 two-item special. We chose the fried rice paired with sweet and sour pork and orange chicken. The ordering process was straightforward, and the portion sizes were generous. However, the food was quite bland; my dining companion, who rarely leaves food uneaten, found it impossible to finish due to its lack of flavor. The small establishment has a few tables and presents the food well. It’s a decent option if you’re looking to fill up on a budget, but don’t expect much in terms of taste.
Prime Steakhouse in Las Vegas provides a truly remarkable dining experience. The restaurant boasts an elegant ambiance with stunning views. The service is impeccable, and the food is exquisite. Dining here while watching the spectacular water fountains was a memorable highlight. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to such a delightful evening.
Absolutely love this place. It’s a bit of a drive from the strip, but worth it to avoid the long wait at the Oyster Bar in Palace Station. The Pan Roast is absolutely delicious! Though I've yet to explore the entire menu, the Pan Roast is so fantastic that I keep coming back for it. The service was exceptional, and they even surprised us with a key lime pie for a birthday celebration, which was also fantastic! Can’t wait to return.
