The bartender at the Lobby Bar at Green Valley Ranch was quite unfriendly during my visit. Her manner of communication was disrespectful and lacked professionalism. Improving her approach to speaking with patrons would be beneficial, particularly learning to be more soft-spoken and respectful. Her behavior was particularly unacceptable given the diverse backgrounds of the customers frequenting the establishment.
The giant-sized games were incredibly cool, and the mystery vending machine was a brilliant touch! We tried a range of drinks and shots. The Dirty Peach, PJ, and Strawberry Cheesecake shots were delicious! Although the "Something Strong" wasn’t as potent as expected, it was still very tasty. Playing life-size beer pong was an absolute blast, even though it was quite challenging. Totally worth every penny for such an entertaining experience. Visiting late at night is ideal since it’s less crowded.
We felt misled during our stay. When we inquired about a non-smoking environment, the receptionist couldn't confirm. Upon entering, the odor was overwhelming, reminiscent of an old tavern. The condition of the room was far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, our room packet didn't include a key, forcing us to return to the lobby, a journey of 18 floors, to rectify the situation. Friends recommended it because of the convenient location and absence of a resort fee, but that was the only positive aspect. The booming rave music outside our room continued until after 3 a.m., disrupting our sleep. Having booked in advance without the option for a refund, the experience was disappointing.
Price isn't the issue—I'm always willing to pay for my drinks. However, when I request a vodka lemonade and receive a vodka Sprite instead, it shows a lack of attention to detail. There's a significant difference between the two, especially in terms of sugar content. Whoever was tending the bar at 7:45 PM on Monday, May 1st might need a refresher on the menu. A mix-up is one thing, but arguing about it? That's not great bartending.
Having explored spa services globally, I can confidently say that the Waldorf Astoria Spa in Las Vegas exceeded my expectations. From entry to exit, the staff offered genuine and heartfelt hospitality. The spa itself is exquisite, boasting elegant, modern decor and cutting-edge amenities that exude luxury from the outset. During my two-day visit, I indulged in a 90-minute seaweed wrap, a first-time experience for me, and it was remarkable. This therapeutic treatment worked wonders in detoxifying my body. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit already!
