Upon reading reviews after booking our stay at Boulder Station, we were initially concerned. However, our worries were put to rest as it turned out to be a delightful place to spend two nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were fantastic, providing fresh towels upon request. The pool was also a highlight of our stay. Overall, we highly recommend booking a stay at Boulder Station. It's a great place to stay.
Review of MGM Grand Las Vegas: A Disappointing Experience My recent stay at the MGM Grand Las Vegas was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was not ready despite the advertised check-in time of 3 PM. After a 1 to 1.5 hour delay, I finally received a text at 7:35 PM notifying me that my room was ready, disrupting my plans for the evening. I was frustrated by the lack of consideration for guest satisfaction, especially when I learned that the standard 11 AM checkout time would still apply. The hotel's refusal to make any accommodations or offer a gesture of goodwill left me feeling like just another guest in a sea of visitors. What bothered me the most was that I had no choice but to stay at the MGM Grand due to a business event I was attending. If given the option, I would not choose to stay here again. The hotel's mismanagement, lack of transparency, and disregard for the guest experience made it clear that they prioritize quantity over quality service. For those considering a stay at the MGM Grand Las Vegas, I would recommend exploring other options, especially if you value a smooth check-in process and expect to be treated with the respect that every paying guest deserves.
Planet Hollywood Las Vegas offers a vibrant and exciting experience right on the Strip. The resort features a diverse range of dining options, from casual eateries to upscale restaurants, ensuring there's something for every taste. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with stylish décor and great views of the city. The casino floor is lively and well-maintained, with a good variety of games and slots. Entertainment options are top-notch, including popular shows and performances. The pool area is a great spot to relax, and the central location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, Planet Hollywood provides a fun and engaging atmosphere, making it a solid choice for a memorable stay in Vegas.
I recently stayed at New York New York in Las Vegas and had a fantastic time. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and made my experience even better. My room had a great view of the T-Mobile arena and the mountains, which I really enjoyed. The pool was a perfect way to cool off from the heat. It was interesting to see how the Strip has changed over the years since my last visit. I have stayed at other hotels both on and off the Strip, but I would definitely choose to stay at New York New York again in the future.
Recently stayed at the El Cortez Hotel and Casino and had a fantastic experience. For those wanting a taste of old-school Vegas, El Cortez comes highly recommended. I stayed in a room in the tower above the original casino, which was a nice upgrade. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a cool 60's vibe in terms of decor. Instead of traditional keys, the room keys are wristbands which I found to be a unique and convenient feature. Security was visible and friendly, and the staff were very hospitable. The hotel is conveniently located just a minute walk away from the Fremont Experience. I dined at the hotel restaurant twice and was impressed with the El Cortez burger, one of the best I've ever had. However, the restaurant appeared to be understaffed with only one server managing all the tables. The room rate was around $200 a night, which seemed a bit high for me, but I didn't have much to compare it with in Las Vegas. Overall, a great stay at El Cortez.
During our brief visit to Gold Coast, we had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We had positive interactions with two receptionists who went above and beyond to assist us. Our room was clean and comfortable. Most impressively, when I accidentally left a valued piece of clothing behind, the staff promptly shipped it back to me. I cannot thank the Gold Coast staff enough for their exceptional service.
