I visited Bin 702 at Container Park after seeing a review on YouTube and it did not disappoint. I tried their montaditos (mini sandwiches) and each one was incredibly delicious. They were the perfect accompaniment to a cold beer on a hot day in the desert.
Cafe Belle Madeleine is a 24-hour establishment conveniently situated near the entrance to one of the hotel towers. While prices may be on the higher side, this is not uncommon in a Las Vegas casino setting. However, some customers may find the cafe to be lacking in sufficient staff and consistency. Wait times for orders can sometimes exceed 30 minutes, and the service may vary depending on the time of day. For example, the method of adding cream to iced coffee may differ from visit to visit. Despite these drawbacks, there are a few indoor tables available for guests to use after waiting in line. Fortunately, there are alternative dining options both inside and outside of the Paris hotel.
Roasted Bean in Las Vegas is pretty much like a Starbucks, but with fewer options and significantly less flavor. The Southwestern Wrap I tried was incredibly bland, with a subtle aftertaste of rotten potato. I gave this place 2 stars mainly for its fast service and lack of long lines at checkout. However, it's important to note that the emptiness at checkout might be a warning sign in itself.
Arrived at Nobu in Las Vegas at 6 pm with the intention of trying their LV omakase, but was informed that it was no longer offered. Instead, I opted for the $225 omakase per person, despite considering the happy hour menu. It turned out to be the right decision. Be sure to set aside a couple of hours to fully enjoy the experience. Once I settled on the omakase, I was given the option to sit at the sushi bar or move to a more comfortable table. I chose the sushi bar and was introduced to the sushi chefs before the culinary journey began. The degustation experience was incredible, with each dish from the first to the last dessert being delicious and perfectly paired. Some of my favorites included the Hokkaido scallops, uni on tofu skin, and unique raw octopus. I left feeling extremely full, almost unable to finish the tiramisu dessert. The evening just kept getting better with each bite.
I recently ordered take out from Beijing Noodle No. 9 and tried the yang fried rice and mini spicy dumplings. The dumplings were incredibly juicy and the spicy garlic sauce was delicious. However, the fried rice was a bit disappointing with small shrimp and not much pork. I would definitely recommend trying more of their dumplings in the future.
