Visiting BODIES...The Exhibition in Las Vegas was an educational experience for our group. It was fascinating to see the variety of muscles, organs, and vessels on display.
The Griffin in Las Vegas has a very cool setting, resembling an Old World hunting Lodge with comfortable benches surrounding two roaring fires, stone walls, and a well-stocked bar. It's a great place to grab a drink and soak in the ambiance.
The rooms at Le Boulevard Shops in Las Vegas are truly stunning and remarkably spacious. Having a personal coffee machine was a nice touch that added to the overall experience. The attention to detail in the room's design is exceptional.
Charlie's Bar + Grill in Las Vegas is a great dining option within the hotel. The atmosphere is nice and casual, perfect for relaxing with friends and watching sports on the multiple screens. The menu offers a good range of options with reasonable prices for the location. The burger was delicious and generously sized, and the crinkle fries were especially tasty. The only downside to this spot is the service, which can be quite slow. While the staff is friendly, drinks can take a long time to arrive, which may deter you from ordering more. Additionally, getting the attention of the waiter can sometimes be a challenge. Overall, if you can overlook the slow service, Charlie's Bar + Grill is a decent spot to enjoy a meal.
The Angry Butcher is absolutely luxurious and perfect. Out of all the steak houses we've tried recently, this one had the best steaks, side dishes, and sauces. If you want to experience food heaven, this is the restaurant to visit. Highly recommended! 👌👌❤️
Visited Las Vegas for a conference and stayed at Virgin Hotels. The hotel was very clean and the staff outside were helpful in holding doors for guests. The front desk staff was quick to answer any questions we had. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable shipping services offered at the business center. All staff members were friendly and helpful, especially the woman with short hair in the business center who saved me from potential trouble at the airport. The room was clean and the bed, although average, was comfortable. The TV made it easy to cast streaming services. The highlight of my stay was definitely the pools. From the small Jacuzzi to the larger pool and beach club style pools, there was something for everyone. The sandy areas in the pool were a fun touch and not messy at all. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas and would recommend it to others.
The hotel/casino at Resorts World in Las Vegas was definitely swanky in the common areas. The complex is massive, so be prepared to spend big at the restaurants and bars. Even the "food court" came with a hefty price tag - $33 for a small taco meal and hard seltzer. However, the rooms were very nice and the extra $10 for a view upgrade was definitely worth it.
We visited Eyecandy Sound Lounge & Bar recently and found the atmosphere to be lacking as the place was quite empty. The tables all had signs stating a 2 drink minimum, which seemed to deter some patrons as we observed several come in, see the sign, and promptly leave. Our experience with the waitress was disappointing as she appeared more focused on closing out our tab rather than providing good service. She did not return to check on us after initially taking our drink order, so we decided to leave. It may be beneficial for management to take a closer look at the operations of the bar and lounge. The 2 drink minimum at $20+ per beverage could be driving potential customers away. Additionally, staff training on customer service etiquette could greatly improve the overall experience for guests. Unfortunately, based on our visit, we cannot recommend Eyecandy Sound Lounge & Bar.
Recently stayed at The D in Las Vegas for a night, which I found to be affordable at around $83 on a Tuesday. The service was pleasant and accommodating, allowing for an early check-in. However, the room I was assigned had a lingering odor of vomit, suggesting insufficient cleaning by housekeeping. Although staff attempted to rectify the situation by spraying the room later in the night, the smell persisted. Additionally, the hotel may not be the best option if you are seeking a quiet environment, as there was a concert playing until late into the night. If peace and quiet are important to you, it may be worth looking for accommodations further away from downtown.
Nobu in Las Vegas is a top-notch dining experience that truly impresses. The food is exceptional, earning a full 5 out of 5 rating. Each dish is a hit, served quickly while maintaining excellent quality and flavor. The service is just as outstanding. The server took the time to explain each dish thoroughly, enhancing our overall dining experience. It's evident that the staff is well-trained and genuinely cares about the guests. The atmosphere at Nobu is sophisticated and welcoming, typical of a high-end restaurant in Caesars Palace. While it received a 5 out of 5 rating from me, some guests found the dim lighting to be a bit of a challenge when reading the menu. The check-in process was the only hiccup, feeling chaotic and disorganized. A smoother start would have improved the overall tone of the evening. Despite these minor issues, Nobu is still a must-visit spot for excellent Japanese cuisine in Vegas. Don't miss out!
