The restaurant is located within a casino, so you'll need to navigate through the casino to find it. The food at Ping Pang Pong was enjoyable, with dishes like Peking duck and chicken feet standing out. However, the prices are quite high and the service was just okay. It seemed like the waitstaff was in a hurry to turn over tables. In general, the food was good, but the service and pricing left something to be desired.

Weekdays are generally less crowded, but weekends can get busy although the lines tend to move quickly. For the best experience, consider visiting earlier in the day during feeding times to see the animals at their most active. Keep in mind that if you visit closer to closing time, many of the animals may be resting or asleep.
