I was eagerly anticipating my visit to House of Blues Restaurant & Bar in Las Vegas, but I must admit I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Although the atmosphere was lively even without live music, the service was slow despite the restaurant not being full. It took nearly 30 minutes to be seated, which seemed excessive and indicative of understaffing. The prices were on the higher side, and while my eggs Benedict were flavorful, the portion size was disappointingly small. The gumbo, unfortunately, was the blandest I've ever tasted. On the bright side, the chicken & waffles stood out as the highlight of the meal. Overall, my first visit didn't meet expectations, but I'm open to giving it another shot after trying out Hash House next time.
One of the most exceptional dining experiences ever! The food was simply outstanding, and the service was impeccable. The intimate atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for a date. Be prepared to spend some time here, as the many courses are perfectly paced. We're eagerly looking forward to our next trip to Vegas to relive this experience!
It's a casino bar, and while I don't think they serve food, I'm focusing on the drinks here. As a full-service bar, it does the job just fine. It looks like you have to go to the bar to get a drink, which can take a bit of time. The highlight is definitely the people-watching. There's a lot of business activity happening at the bar, which leads to security doing ID checks—makes for some interesting viewing. This kind of live reality TV is unique to a few places, with Vegas being one of the most notable.
Today was my first experience at The Revere Golf Club, and I chose the Lexington Course. I was thoroughly impressed with both the facilities and the course itself. Given that it's the middle of August in Las Vegas, the fairways did have some brown and dead areas, which is to be expected. However, the greens were in excellent condition, as were the tee boxes. I would recommend The Revere Golf Club to anyone. I'm eagerly anticipating playing the Concord Course tomorrow.
Just had the pleasure of experiencing the Saturday Brunch at Fuhu in Las Vegas with a group of friends, and it was an absolute delight. The modern Asian ambiance set the perfect tone for the day, paired with tasty cocktails and delicious food. Our attentive waitress, Dana, made sure we were well taken care of, and the manager, Lars, frequently checked in to ensure our enjoyment, all while we soaked in the lively music and vibes from Ayu Dayclub in the background. Definitely planning to return!
