Las Vegas National Golf Club is an excellent choice, even in the heat. The affordability of the course during high temperatures (104F) was a pleasant surprise, and the numerous trees provide ample shade throughout the day. Complimentary towels soaked in ice water were a lifesaver, making the experience more comfortable. The value is exceptional; it's easily worth paying double the current cost. Stopping at the bar at the turn, the $4 hot dogs and $7 beers on tap were a fantastic deal that could have easily been priced higher. The standout of the visit was Donna at the bar – her exceptional attitude and nurturing personality made a significant impact. She took great care of us both at the turn and after the round. I’ll definitely be returning for another beautiful round of golf and to enjoy the outstanding service from the amazing staff.
The venue has a stylish ambiance and shows a lot of promise. Visited on a Tuesday night in December 2019. The drinks are well-crafted, but there was no food being served. We checked with the staff about bringing our own food, and they were fine with it, so we got some dishes from Eataly. Later, when we tried to charge to our room, we encountered an issue with the system and ended up paying by credit card.
Cafe Americano is undoubtedly one of the standout brands gracing many resorts in Las Vegas. The location within Caesars Palace boasts both a bar and dining area, in addition to a section called Terraza—although it's unclear whether that's another bar or a separate area. Conveniently, it's open 24/7 and offers a variety of late-night food options. Opting to dine early in the morning proved to be a wise choice, as the restaurant tends to get quite busy by lunchtime, often with lengthy lines. The interior is impressive and, given the early hour of around 6:30 AM, the place was nearly empty, providing the perfect opportunity to snap some photos. The highlight, however, was the food. The CA Breakfast Sandwich showcased excellent quality and taste, with a generous portion size that is quite reasonable considering most hotel restaurants. The potatoes were particularly noteworthy—crispy and reminiscent of fries, but in cube form. While lunch here might be too crowded for my liking, visiting around dinner time could be a great alternative. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience with commendable service.
We visited as a group of 13 and chose this place because they could accommodate our large party. We were extremely pleased with the service, food, and the overall vibe of the restaurant—hip and modern. It's a fantastic dining option at Mandalay Bay. We ordered a variety of dishes, and some standouts were the Skirt Steak, Bacon-Wrapped Dates, Hamachi Cones, Persimmon & Burrata, Panna Cotta, and surprisingly, the Banana Split (a very generous portion perfect for sharing). They also crafted a very refreshing mocktail upon request.
We dined at Cabo Wabo overlooking the strip, and the view was fantastic. The food was equally impressive. I enjoyed the carnitas while my dining companion had the short rib enchiladas. Both dishes were generously portioned and delicious. We also tried the passion fruit margaritas. The following morning, I returned for breakfast and received the same excellent service!
