Eyecandy Sound Lounge & Bar

The experience was disappointing at the Eyecandy Sound Lounge & Bar in Las Vegas. The service left much to be desired, as the waitress insisted on payment while taking our drink orders, before we even received them. Despite the lounge being nearly empty, there was a strict policy of a two-drink minimum per table. The name of the lounge feels misleading—it lacks the inviting atmosphere you might expect, and the seating is uncomfortable. On top of that, the drinks are incredibly overpriced.

Service was terrible. The waitress asked for payment while taking our drink order, before we even got our drinks. There is a two-drink minimum per table, even when the place is empty. The lounge doesn't live up to its name – it's not cozy and the chairs are uncomfortable. Drink prices are extremely high.

Last evening, we visited this lounge for drinks. The place was almost empty. Signs on every table stated there was a "2 drink minimum." Many people walked in, read the signs, and promptly left. Our waitress was rude, focused more on closing out our tab before we'd even taken a sip of our drinks. She never returned to check on us, so we decided to leave. Management needs to oversee this bar & lounge more closely. Imposing a 2 drink minimum at $20+ per beverage is driving away customers. Additionally, the staff needs training in basic courtesy. No, I cannot recommend this place.

She did not return to check on us after initially taking our drink order, so we decided to leave. It may be beneficial for management to take a closer look at the operations of the bar and lounge. The 2 drink minimum at $20+ per beverage could be driving potential customers away. Additionally, staff training on customer service etiquette could greatly improve the overall experience for guests. Unfortunately, based on our visit, we cannot recommend Eyecandy Sound Lounge & Bar.

Great spot in Mandalay Bay to catch games and relax. They switch things up with dance music later on and even have a small dance floor.
