Gem Bar

The customer service at Gem Bar in Las Vegas was disappointing. The two bartenders on the left appeared to be unfriendly and inattentive to orders. Despite approaching them, they ignored us and served someone else. Additionally, the bartender on the right displayed an attitude and told us to wait. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, making it seem like serving us was a favor. It's important to note that even the server on the right did not attend to us.

I've been to several bars on the strip, and Gem Bar falls below the average. The bartenders, particularly the older ones, are quite unfriendly and rude. I don't see the reason why MGM would hire and pay them well. Despite staying at Aria, I tend to steer clear of this bar. On a positive note, I was greeted by Frenchy today and found him to be very attentive and friendly.

Gem Bar in Las Vegas is a disappointing place to visit. As the night goes on, the service and cleanliness of the bar decline significantly. It is dirty and poorly maintained, with piles of dirty glasses and used napkins scattered around. The surfaces are never wiped down, making for an unpleasant environment. Even the drinks are served in dirty glasses, giving off a tacky vibe. Overall, this bar lacks substance and is overpriced for the quality of service provided. Just a dirty establishment.

I've been to many bars in the strip, and this bar was far below the average. The bartenders, especially the elder ones are extremely unfriendly and rude. I do not understand why MGM even hire these people and pay them good amount of money! (I know that bartenders at hotel casinos earn a lot) Even though I love staying Aria, I try to avoid this bar. + I was welcomed by Frenchy today and he was very attentive and nice!
