Roxy's in Las Vegas is a special spot that opens primarily for unique occasions. Make sure to verify their schedule and guest line-up. You can definitely count on them being active during events like New Year's Eve with 80s music or during cowboy-themed weeks with live country performances. Admission is rare on other weekends. As for Sam's Town, it's a top choice for gambling on Saturdays after 8 PM, as that's when the crowd peaks. Sundays are more laid-back, and you might find the slot machines offer better payouts during these times.

Review for Roxy's in Las Vegas: 5 stars for the lively atmosphere I witnessed. It doesn't attract a young crowd, but that doesn't detract from its charm. This influenced my decision to stay outside and enjoy the music instead. The venue is small, and so was the crowd. Definitely a spot favored by the locals.

Roxy's in Las Vegas has a unique schedule, opening only for special events, so be sure to check for specific dates and groups. It's definitely open on New Year's Eve for some '80s fun and during cowboy week for live country music, but other weekends are quite rare. As for gambling, Sam's Town is a solid choice on Saturdays after 8 PM when it's buzzing with activity, while Sundays offer a more relaxed vibe. On these days, the machines seem a bit looser, making it potentially more rewarding.

I have been to Roxy's in Las Vegas twice and had a great experience both times. They offer a wide selection of slot machines and table games. I also dined at the Angry Butcher and found the food to be delicious. The Dunkin at Roxy's stays open until 10 PM, which is a rarity in Las Vegas. There is ample free parking available on site. I recommend enrolling in the Boy's Rewards program for additional perks and the chance to win door prizes each month. The Mystic Falls waterfall at Roxy's is truly spectacular.

Stayed at Roxy's during EDC and had a fantastic stay. The hotel was always clean and had 3 meeting rooms for business trips. Family friendly environment with lots of fun activities like a cinema, arcade, bowling, water fountain shows, and an open bar in front of the water fountain. The food court was a great late night option for those working past midnight. The rooms were spacious with a nice window ledge to sit on. The staff was friendly and the atrium was a favorite with trees, water sounds, outdoor lights, and water fountain shows. Amenities included a fridge, coffee maker, iron, toiletries, hairdryer, towels, safe locker, and TV. Daily wellness checks were a nice touch. The location was convenient with Walmart and other stores nearby. Would definitely stay again.
