About Azul
Azul is centered on tequila and mezcal, with a circular agave bar surrounded by desert-sunset colors, low light and flickering candles. The room feels sensual and intimate, making it a better fit for a date or conversation-driven cocktail than a large, high-energy group.
The venue now has a split identity. On most evenings it hosts MIND2MIND, a ticketed mentalism residency, before returning to lounge service after the performances. That means the bar's opening time and general-access window can be later than older listings suggest, particularly on nights with two shows.
Guests visiting strictly for drinks should check the current performance schedule and posted lounge hours before arriving. Once open as a bar, Azul remains one of Fontainebleau's most focused spirits experiences, especially for guests interested in exploring agave-based cocktails beyond a standard margarita.
