Its central location on the Strip is a definite plus, though be prepared for the inevitable crowds and noise. If you're after an exhilarating, themed experience right in the heart of the action, New York-New York is a solid choice.

I recently revisited New York-New York in Las Vegas, driven by a craving for the best pizza I've ever tasted. Located on the second level, this pizza spot is unmissable, always serving fresh slices that smell heavenly and are guaranteed to hit the spot. I've stayed at NYNY before, but one of the joys of Vegas is experiencing different attractions that leave lasting impressions. This visit, I had an excellent time with no complaints. They're in the process of building a new sports bar, so a few things have changed since I was last there about four years ago. While you're there, definitely check out the Hershey store—it's incredible what they have on offer.

I've had a good experience here in the past, but this time, I tried twice and the bartenders were just rude. First time I was playing, second time I was walking up to buy a drink. I would be sitting there spending money right now if the bartenders weren't so unwelcoming. Also, put tables by the couches. I was happy to sit with my drink on the floor, until I met the bartender. But still, tables are cool.

No other name would describe this bar any better considering it is located in the center of the casino floor. The bartenders are highly knowledgeable with drink making. My favorite part, however, is that there are sections beside the bar with couches and televisions so it is good for groups or individuals.

The best bar in the Strip is DJ Thursday through Saturday nights and features great music. Plus, for those who complain about a two-drink minimum, this is Vegas – go back to Nebraska if you can't handle a little fun.
