Collins elevates the familiar hotel-lobby bar into a destination for serious drinks. The intimate circular room uses blue velvet, gold accents, and comfortable booths to create a polished retreat from the casino, while an unhurried service style encourages conversation instead of a quick transactional drink.
The beverage program is grounded in classic cocktails but uses modern technique and carefully selected ingredients. Signature Collins variations, sparkling wine, and a Champagne-focused wine list are natural choices, and bartenders can also guide guests toward an off-menu classic. Premium enhancements such as caviar can turn a casual round into a more elaborate occasion.
Live piano and other American standards appear on select evenings, giving the lounge atmosphere without overwhelming the room. Collins is open from noon until 2 a.m. daily and does not require a reservation, though the coziest booths can be difficult to secure during evening performances.
