Due to the current Covid restrictions, the bar is maintaining a limited capacity, which is completely reasonable. However, it appeared staff weren't closely monitoring departures. This led to a long line, despite available seats around the central bar. We noticed one individual occupying a table for up to 30-40 minutes alone before their companions arrived. During that time, my group of four could have ordered several drinks. Enforcing a policy similar to restaurants, where seating is reserved for complete parties, might be beneficial. Additionally, many patrons ignored the "wait to be seated" sign and entered without guidance, often from the sides of the bar. As mentioned, there didn't seem to be anyone monitoring entrants and exits. Having a security presence at the entrance for crowd management could help, allowing bartenders and servers to focus on their roles. I've had fantastic experiences at Lucky Bar in the past, so it's disappointing to witness these issues. I recognize we're navigating challenging times, but implementing a few adjustments could really enhance the experience once more.

Visited Lucky Bar on 1-7-23 between 7-8 pm for a date night and sat at one of the table chairs for over 20 minutes without being approached by any staff. Despite the bar being busy, attempts to get service by going up to the bar were also unsuccessful. While we saw other patrons being served, we were completely ignored. It was evident that larger groups were prioritized, possibly for bigger tips. Overall, the service at this bar was very unsatisfactory.

Rude employees and poor service. During my visit last night, our waitress mentioned that our friends could bring in pizza from the place across the hall. However, when they tried to walk in with it, a bartender rudely pointed to the sign and used inappropriate language. When someone from our group approached the bartender to clarify, he denied what the waitress had said, again using inappropriate language and threatened to call security over a slice of pizza. We informed the waitress about the incident, and she said she'd talk to the bartender. Instead of addressing the issue, she stopped waiting on our table altogether. Despite our group's respectful demeanor and lack of confrontation, the bartender continued to be very rude.

Lucky Bar in Las Vegas is a laid-back spot perfect for a small group to relax and chat. The waitress was attentive and didn't rush us, allowing us to enjoy our time there. The couch setup provided comfortable seating for our group.

The staff at Lucky Bar in Las Vegas were incredibly rude and provided poor service during my visit. A waitress told us it was okay for our friends to bring in pizza from the place across the hall, but a bartender aggressively denied them entry, citing a sign. When one of us approached the bartender to clarify the situation, he responded with profanity and threatened to call security. Despite our group remaining calm and respectful, the bartender continued to be disrespectful. The waitress did not address the issue with the bartender and instead stopped serving our table altogether. Overall, our experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the staff at Lucky Bar.

I recently visited Lucky Bar in Las Vegas and unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the employees. My friends were told they could bring pizza from the place across the hall, but when they tried to do so, a bartender was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Despite our group being respectful and non-confrontational, the bartender was very aggressive and threatened to call security. We tried to address the situation with our waitress, but she did not handle it appropriately and eventually stopped waiting on our table. Overall, the service at Lucky Bar was disappointing and the rudeness of the employees was uncalled for.
