Haven't stayed here in awhile but not very satisfied with my visit here. Room with double queen beds seem too small. Bathroom is too small. Love the upgrade of the shower. About the only thing impressive to me along with the comfortable beds. TV shutoff on its own after being on between 5 - 10 minutes. Carpet so dark it looked dirty. Short stay is fine but upgrade definitely needed.

The casino has my favorite machines in great locations. I didn't win big, but I was able to use my strategies and stay afloat. When you can walk in with $20 and turn it into $120, go play bingo and more slots for 2.5 hrs, I am satisfied. I will visit again. I did not stay at the hotel because I could not sleep somewhere that allowed smoking. I think the exposure in the casino alone caused me to become extremely ill by the time I got home. I will go back because it's a good time. YOLO!!

We stopped in after dinner and spent 2 - 3 hours in the casino. Reasonably good drink service. My wife had good luck at the machines. We were able to find some of the older machines, which, for me, was great as I am not a gambler. My wife is more adventurous and she is always luckier than me. She used the newer ( i.e., higher minimum bets) and enjoyed herself. Hopefully, we can return as it is not as hectic as Fremont or the strip. Plus free self parking!!

I like the fact that they don't have hundreds of refrigerators running for nothing, if you request one they will bring it, I always thought that was a waste, room is nice, steakhouse was great 20 bucks off with room. Pool area doesn't open till 10 which is very disappointing we wanted to get a swim in before leaving. Huge bowling alley. Really need to be more clear on their website that there is still a resort fee, I know how it works been coming here for years but still fooled me lol,

My husband and I are over the road truckers. We look forward to getting out of our truck and mingling with the regular people on occasion. While they provide a space for a semi to park, it is heavily monitored. We weren't there more than 10 min and security was approaching us. We were immediately informed we were allowed to stay for 3 hours and needed to register our vehicle. Why are truckers treated this way? We bring all commodities needed to keep a facility like this supplied and yet we are treated like parishes. They want our money but run us out like we're dirty truckers. We have 34 hours to decompress from the road on a reset. It is badly needed. We just wanted to have a little fun and feel like we're still a part of society. Thanks for ruining this for us.

My family and I have been to this property several times and there was nothing significant that stood out during any of our visits - both negative and/or positive. The customer service is on this property is good. Whenever we required assistance, whether it was checking into our room and obtaining a new player's card at the rewards center, we had an adequate experience. The restaurant selection on this property is average...although, I wish there were more fast-food/casual (quick bites) selections. Also, I wish the buffet was still open too since the buffet at the property next to Gold Coast closed theirs as well. Regardless, our recent experience at Ping Pang Pong was exceptional (check out my separate Google review of this restaurant). The room we stayed in was decent; we only got a standard 2-queen room, but it did its job and we were comfortable. The bathrooms were well kept/clean and the bed/pillows were nice. The carpets and walls could use a little updating and/or freshening up, but, that's just being nitpicky since overall, the quality was good. The one thing I found less than desirable is the location of the property. If you're visiting Las Vegas, I suspect the location wouldn't be that bad since you are somewhat close to the strip, and you're close to the Palms and Rio properties. However, as a local, I'm not too fond of the immediate area...meaning, I don't feel 100% comfortable walking around outside the property at night with my family. Don't get me wrong, you're not walking around seeing tanks operating down the streets or anything, but there were a little questionable activity going on, especially during our walk to Rio. Overall, this property is ok; although there's nothing significant that stood out, I still feel it's worth the visit...but I won't sit here and say how awesome this place is either.
