About VooDoo Lounge

VooDoo Lounge's greatest asset is its open-air perspective from the 51st floor of Rio. The view stretches across the Strip and valley, making the rooftop feel dramatically removed from the casino below and rewarding visitors who arrive around sunset or after the city lights appear.

Cocktails and reserved tables let guests settle into the panorama, while live performers and DJs add a genuine nightlife component rather than treating the space as an observation deck. The mood can move from scenic lounge to energetic late-night gathering as the music changes.

There is no cover under the venue's current format, though night-out attire, identification and a bag check are required. Weather and wind can affect any elevated outdoor experience, so visitors should dress with the rooftop setting in mind.

VooDoo works best for guests who value views and music equally. It is less intense than a Strip mega-club, but louder and more structured than a quiet cocktail terrace.

Please read my honest review. Had high expectations and our time at this restaurant and it failed us at every possible turn. Service bad, drinks overpriced, atmosphere bland nothing there gave any inclination of Voodoo, none of the chairs matched at the tables. Was thrown together and as for the dress code you mentioned on their website, Absolutely non exsistant. My wife and I were disappointed when we saw shorts flip flops and tee shirts. Food and presentation was terrible. Lounge closed since covid nothing on the website and as a matter of fact was advertised on the RIO signage right next to the valet were we parked our car that said it was open. Sincerely we were super disappointed as a couple on a date night.
