Dijon McFarlane first became widely known as DJ Mustard through the minimalist West Coast sound of Tyga’s “Rack City.” A run of hits followed, including 2 Chainz’s “I’m Different,” Kid Ink’s “Show Me,” YG’s “My Hitta,” Tinashe’s “2 On” and Jeremih’s “Don’t Tell ’Em.” His signature producer tag and economical drums made the records instantly identifiable. After shortening his name to Mustard, he continued evolving, culminating in renewed acclaim for producing Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.”

Mustard is both a hitmaker and a working DJ, so a Mustard Las Vegas date can pull from an unusually deep library of songs he created as well as broader hip-hop and R&B. Current listings include Hakkasan and Marquee Nightclub, with special Labor Day, Halloween and Mexican Independence Weekend events on the schedule. Expect a club performance, not a full band concert: familiar productions, guest-ready momentum and West Coast records are the main draw.
