Elation Pool at The Strat

Our experience at Elation Pool was a bit of a mixed bag. We reserved a daybed and were pleased that we could use that fee towards food and drinks. Our server was fantastic, providing attentive service throughout our visit. The atmosphere was vibrant and ideal for young travelers looking to relax or have some fun. However, our experience was marred by a less than stellar encounter with the bartender. Despite paying for a soda, my husband never received it and had to confront the bartender directly. We observed the bartender turning customers away instead of fulfilling their orders, which left a bad taste in our mouths. The lack of assistance or willingness to resolve the issue was disappointing, ultimately leading us to decide not to return. While it may seem like a minor issue, the poor service we received overshadowed the positive aspects of our visit. With so many other options in Vegas where staff show more care and professionalism, we will be taking our business elsewhere. It's a shame, as our server was excellent and the prices were reasonable compared to other establishments in the area.

The cocktails at Elation Pool were quite decent with a good selection of beer. The music was lively and the service from the servers was top-notch. I will definitely be including a visit to Elation Pool during my next trip to The Strat in Las Vegas.

The staff at Elation Pool at The Strat in Las Vegas are mostly unfriendly and unwelcoming. However, the woman who distributes towels stands out as the only pleasant and accommodating individual.

The pool set up at Elation Pool at The Strat is quite nice. It's a great spot for families to enjoy some fun in the sun. One thing to keep in mind is that because the pool is situated higher up, there is a chance that the staff may close service early if it gets too windy.

The pool at The Strat is a lovely space on the 8th floor with great music and a good location. However, the cocktails leave something to be desired as they seem to be made without care, and are overly sweet or diluted with ice. It was disappointing to find no wine available, and despite having Rose wine, the staff refused to serve it. The Mai Tai was particularly unpleasant and had to be returned. It's a shame that the service took a turn for the worse the next day after having such a great experience with the staff just the day before. Three stars for the friendly male staff that worked on October 1st.

The cocktails at Elation Pool were quite good, with a nice variety of beers to choose from. The music created a lively atmosphere and the servers were excellent. I will definitely be returning to this pool during my next trip to Las Vegas.
