Luxor Pools in Las Vegas is truly the best pool in town. The hotel experience is top-notch and the view from up high is absolutely incredible. We could see everything both inside and outside of the hotel. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Las Vegas.

During my recent stay in Las Vegas for a convention at Mandalay Bay, I decided to visit Luxor Pools to work on my tan. I was pleased to find everything I needed at this pool - refreshing water, cold beer, sunshine, and great music. The presence of lifeguards in the 3-foot water area made me feel safe. Arriving early allowed me to secure a comfortable spot for my belongings and enjoy the warm sun, resulting in a nice tan. I also appreciated the convenience of a baby changing station in the men's restroom. I will definitely visit Luxor Pools again if I am in the area.

What I Disliked
My recent experience at Luxor Pools was disappointing. One of the pools was closed for remodeling and there was only one server for the entire pool area, leading to long wait times for drinks. The limited drink options at the bar were not clearly advertised, and the soda water served from a dispenser was flat and unappetizing. I found the pool menu to be lacking, more akin to a snack bar than a Vegas resort. There was no tap water available and no water dispenser nearby. Additionally, there were no pool attendants present to clean up leftover towels or trash left behind by guests. While I had a great time at a previous event at Luxor Pools, this recent visit left much to be desired. It is possible that the issues I encountered were due to covid restrictions, but improvements are needed for a more enjoyable pool experience.

So the pool is pretty nice and has a fun vibe, but the drink prices are outrageous. It was almost $70 for two drinks. The drinks were good, but they were not anything spectacular and not something I would ever pay that price for again.
