What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

The staff at M Pool were very attentive and the drinks were delicious. However, I had a bit of an issue with the wait time for my food orders. Despite ordering chicken fingers and a charcuterie board, I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for my food to arrive. Despite being told that my order was being prepared and boxed up, it never showed up. Unfortunately, I had to leave without ever receiving my food.

What I Disliked

I recently rented a cabana at M Pool at The M Resort in Las Vegas twice within a three-week period and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed plenty of food that was included in the price of the cabana rental. The only issue that bothered me was when a ninth person showed up and they charged for pool admission. I felt they could have made an exception considering how much money I had already spent. Despite this, I loved everything else about the experience and plan to return on July 10th. I even left a generous tip for the server. Overall, I had a positive experience at M Pool and would recommend it to others.

I used to enjoy visiting M Pool at The M Resort for the free local entry and the ability to order food and drinks, but now they charge $10 for entry. We arrived at 2pm, and the pool closes at 5:30pm, giving us only 2 and a half hours to enjoy for $30 for myself, my mom, and sister. When factoring in the cost of food and beverages, it feels overpriced now. However, the customer service was still great, with the pool entry cashier apologizing for the lack of discounts and the pool server being very friendly. Despite the excellent service, I preferred the special pool day experience in the past and would rather save money by using my apartment pool now. It seemed like there were not many people at the pool, so I assume other locals may feel the same way.

I used to love coming to M Pool at The M Resort for the free local entry and the option to order food and drinks, but now they charge $10 for entry. I arrived at 2pm only to find out that the pool closes at 5:30pm, giving me and my family only 2 and a half hours of pool time for a total of $30. With the added cost of food and beverages, the overall experience now feels overpriced. Despite this, the customer service was top-notch, with friendly staff including the pool entry cashier and pool server. While I used to enjoy the special pool day experience, I now feel it is more cost-effective to use my apartment pool. It seems that many locals may feel the same way, as the pool was not very crowded during my visit.

I had a wonderful time at the M Pool at The M Resort in Las Vegas. I especially appreciated that they have a family side as well as a club side, providing options for different preferences. It was great that the music from the club side didn't overpower the family side. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. My only small criticism would be that our waitress appeared to have a slight attitude and we had to go order things ourselves at times because she was not readily available.

We have frequented M Pool at The M Resort for a number of years, but have noticed some changes recently. During our recent visit, we opted for a cabana at the cost of $500. Upon arrival, we were asked to make 3 trips back to our car to return our kids' toys, one of which was a toy car that was taken from my 5 year old son. This experience left us feeling like locals and families are not valued at this establishment, which is disappointing. Despite this, our hostess was pleasant and the pool itself is visually appealing. Overall, our experience was mixed but we hope that improvements will be made to better accommodate all guests.
