Shocking behaviour by manager
Manager agreed to remove service charge due to poor customer service - then the little pussy retuned with 3 security guards forcing us to pay the service charge which he had agreed to waive

8 East in Las Vegas is truly amazing! They present an incredible array of small plates inspired by various Asian cuisines. While it's a fusion concept, the flavors are incredibly authentic. The lamb chops and lobster fried rice were exceptional, and the dumplings were delightful. Each dish is visually stunning and tastes just as fantastic. Highly recommend this spot to anyone eager to explore unique and flavorful dishes!

8 East, located inside the 21+ Circa casino, seemed promising with its enticing menu descriptions and unique ingredients. Arriving just after 8pm, we were seated promptly without any wait for a party of two. Our order included the sizzling shrimp, cumin lamb lollipops, and the sizzling noodles. The anticipation was high, as we were quite hungry and excited. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but each dish turned out to be a letdown. All the dishes were extremely salty, even for someone who enjoys a bit more salt than usual. The shrimp was overcooked, resulting in a tough and rubbery texture. The lamb was similarly overcooked, drying out the meat and allowing the salt to overpower the cumin. The sizzling noodles featured thick ribbon noodles, which were unfortunately undercooked, leaving the center firm and doughy. The service was also just average. After initially being seated, the waiter didn’t return to take our order for over 10 minutes when we weren’t ready immediately. At the end of the meal, it took a considerable amount of time to get his attention to ask for the check. Overall, the experience was just okay. While the menu was appealing, the actual dishes and service didn’t live up to expectations, and it's unlikely I would feel the desire to return.

First time dining at 8 East located in the Circa... The experience was a bit mixed regarding the food. The Short Rib dumplings were excellent, while the Pad Thai noodles were tough and a bit too sour. The Duck Rolls and Fried Rice were just okay. However, the atmosphere, especially the private room with the end table, and the service were both fantastic... The selection of different types of Asian beers was also impressive... Overall, an enjoyable visit, though the food fell a bit short of expectations...

During a recent trip to Las Vegas, my group and I had the pleasure of dining at 8East, and it quickly became a favorite spot in the city. The open kitchen concept immediately caught our attention, giving us a peek into the magic happening behind the scenes. We started our culinary adventure with the short rib dumplings, which really set the tone for the evening. The dumplings were tender and full of flavor, but it was the horseradish cream sauce that stood out, adding a zesty twist that we loved. The stir-fried green beans with ground chicken came next, and it was a pleasant surprise. The mix of textures and flavors showed off the kitchen's skill at turning simple ingredients into something special. But the real star of the show was the brisket fried rice. This dish not only showcased the chefs' expertise but also stole the spotlight of our meal. Each bite was packed with savory goodness, proving why it's a customer favorite. One thing worth mentioning about 8East is the generous portion sizes meant for sharing, allowing us to taste a variety of flavors and making our meal diverse and satisfying. The bustling yet harmonious atmosphere at 8East made our visit even more enjoyable. The hard work of the chefs and servers, like our standout server, Jimmy, who was fantastic, added to our appreciation of the meal. Jimmy's friendly and knowledgeable service truly made our dining experience memorable. In conclusion, 8East offers more than just a meal; it provides a culinary journey that delights the senses and brings people together over delicious food. Whether you're a local or just passing through Vegas, make sure not to miss out on this dining experience, made even better by the exceptional service from Jimmy and the team.

Please note that 8 East is located inside Circa casino, which is 21+ only. I visited one evening around 8pm and was promptly seated for a party of 2. We ordered the sizzling shrimp, cumin lamb lollipops, and the sizzling noodle. Despite high expectations due to the menu descriptions, the dishes were underwhelming and excessively salty. The shrimp was overcooked and tough, while the lamb was dry and too salty to taste the cumin. The sizzling noodle had undercooked thick ribbon noodles, making them firm and doughy in the center. Although I wanted to enjoy my meal, each dish fell short. Service was average, with some long waits between interactions with our waiter. Overall, my experience was just mediocre and I am not likely to return for another visit.
