Seeking something unique, we headed to 8 East inside Circa Casino without a reservation. We took a seat at the bar and were welcomed by Javier, the friendly bartender. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, explaining the selection of small dishes, which were inspired by Asian cuisine, similar to tapas. An open kitchen prepares the food, and we found every item to be excellent with a variety of flavors and textures. We had such a great experience that we decided to return the next day for lunch! We tried multiple dishes, but couldn't resist ordering the delightful fried chicken dumplings again.

If you're headed to downtown Las Vegas, you won't want to miss 8 East at Circa, a hidden gem on Fremont Street! Here you'll find delicious, authentic Asian cuisine and excellent beer and cocktails. The staff were wonderful: warm, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend!

8 East was a last minute decision after riding Slotzilla, and we were all very happy with the food and service. The Tapas and small plate menu is very diverse and features several vegan and meat options to share. Everything was very tasty.

Feels a touch overpriced
Order the brisket fried rice and skewers Vital Vegas style and thank me later. A delicious meal and wonderful staff.
