Baja Miguel's Mexican

I recently dined at Baja Miguel's Mexican in Las Vegas and ordered the steak fajitas. They were absolutely delicious, earning a solid 5/5 rating from me. The seasoning and flavor were on point, and the steak was juicy and piping hot. I loved being able to make my own tacos with the included toppings like guacamole, salsa, refried beans, and sour cream. The service was top-notch and they were able to accommodate our large party of 14 with ease. They kept the chips, guac, beans, and salsa coming, making for a great dining experience. I would highly recommend Baja Miguel's Mexican, especially if you're staying at South Point.

The dining experience at Baja Miguel's Mexican was overall enjoyable. The restaurant was well-maintained and provided ample space for our party of six. Despite having two servers assigned to our table, we found ourselves frequently searching for their attention whenever we needed something. While they only checked on us once, both servers were friendly and accommodating. The shrimp tacos and empanadas that I ordered were delicious and reasonably priced. Situated on the 2nd floor, Baja Miguel's is a spacious restaurant suitable for large groups.

Ordered the steak fajitas and they were incredible! Perfect seasoning, delicious flavor, and so juicy and hot. The best part was getting to make my own corn tortilla tacos with all the included toppings like guacamole, salsa, refried beans, and sour cream. The service was great and they were able to accommodate our large group of 14 with quick service and plenty of chip refills. A must-visit spot if you're staying at South Point! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food here is pretty good. The restaurant was cleaned and spacious. There were 2 servers for our table. There was 6 people in my party. Whenever we needed something, we had to constantly look for one of the servers. That was the only bad thing. They didn’t check on up but once. They were both really nice though. I had shrimp tacos and empanadas, they were both very delicious. The food was reasonably priced. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor and it’s a pretty large restaurant.

I got the steak fajitas. 5/5! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I thought they were fantastic. Great seasoning and flavor. Juicy. Piping hot. Love making my own corn tortillas tacos with all the toppings included. Guacamole, salsa, refried beans, sour cream. What’s not to love? Great service. We had a table of 14 and they accommodated all of us very well. Fast service and refilled chips , guac, beans, and salsa. I would definitely come here if you’re staying at South Point.

Food was good and so was the service and atmosphere. They were not flexible on a couple items I asked for such as not getting a little cheese, sour cream or any extra condiments for my carnitas without extra cost. Maybe that's the norm now days. Other than that everything was pretty good.
