Here's my honest take on Baja Miguel: I was quite impressed with the welcoming vibe of the place and found the staff exceptionally friendly and attentive. The bartenders deserve a special mention for crafting great drinks and being open to requests. Now, onto the food. I'd rate it a 3. The rice doesn't quite capture the essence of Mexican spices, and the chicken seems to lack proper marination, merely having a hint of southwestern seasoning for appearance. This wraps up my review—anticipated more, as the presentation was promising!

Here's my take on Baja Miguel's Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas: The atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The bartenders stood out for mixing great drinks and being very attentive. Onto the food – I'd rate it a 3. The rice didn't have the authentic Mexican flavor I was hoping for, and the chicken seemed to lack proper marinating, appearing to be merely dressed with a sprinkle of southwest seasoning. While the place looked promising, my experience with the food fell short of expectations.

I started with the corn on the cob appetizer and, although the taste was excellent, the portions were disappointingly small. The complimentary chips and dip were delicious but came with only one serving and no refills. The Vegetarian Tacos were also flavorful but not satisfying. While the atmosphere and service were commendable, the portions were too small for the price, leaving me still hungry after the meal. Despite the high quality and taste, the portion sizes make it unlikely that I will return. If you're hungry, it's not the best value for your money.

My friends and I dined at Baja Miguel's Mexican before attending a show at South Point Casino. The food and service didn't quite meet our expectations, and everything was just okay. I don't anticipate returning.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants we've found since moving to Nevada. Accustomed to the excellent Mexican cuisine in California, we often found ourselves disappointed with the local offerings here—until Baja Miguel's. We were seated immediately upon arrival, without any wait. Observing the interactions between the waitstaff and patrons, it was evident that many regulars frequent this spot. To start, we were served chips, salsa, guacamole, and refried beans. Our main courses arrived promptly, and the best part was how flavorful everything was. If you're on the hunt for a good, traditional sit-down Mexican restaurant, this one is worth trying.

Baja Miguel's Mexican in Las Vegas is a standout in a sea of disappointing Mexican restaurants in the area. The service was prompt and welcoming, and it seemed like there were many regulars dining there, which is always a good sign. The complimentary chips, salsa, guacamole, and refried beans were a nice touch to start off the meal. Our food arrived quickly and was incredibly delicious. If you're in the mood for a traditional sit-down Mexican restaurant, Baja Miguel's is a great choice.
