What I Liked Most
What I Disliked
I would like to give 5 stars to the chef at Benihana in Las Vegas, who was fantastic. The waitress seemed to be struggling and forgot to bring our drinks at first. When the drinks finally arrived, they were too sweet for my liking and I couldn't finish mine. However, despite this, the food was excellent and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was great.

The teppanyaki experience takes center stage at Benihana. Classic dishes like the Hibachi Chicken or the Lobster Tail are executed with finesse and the chefs are fun and humorous. They'll do the choo-choo train or the onion volcano. Kids love that stuff. One of Benihana's features is the sushi assortment. Service, much like the cooking, is attentive and engaging. The staff ensures that every aspect of the dining experience feels personal and memorable. It's a massive space, and I would guess that it's the biggest venue of all the Benihana's. It gives off the feel of being in Japan. You can tell it's aged a quite a bit, but don't worry, the ingredients are not as old as the venue.
