I recently dined at Blue Ribbon Las Vegas during my stay at the Cosmopolitan. We had made a reservation ahead of time and were able to enjoy some of their happy hour offerings, including a delicious pork rib, sashimi, and a cheese and meat plate. The house wine included in the happy hour menu was a nice touch. For our main course, we ordered the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and corn as sides. The appetizers and steak were definitely the highlights of the meal for me. I would definitely return to try more of their happy hour items. I recently made a reservation for the Love and Laughter concert at Blue Ribbon Las Vegas and had no trouble securing a table. The atmosphere at the restaurant is upscale and the staff are attentive to your every need. The food was served hot and presented beautifully. While the prices are on the higher side (such as $30 for six chicken drumettes and nearly $50 for 5 small ribs and a salad), dining at a place like this is not just about the food itself. They also offer freshly baked bread with butter, and the honey wasabi sauce for the wings really took the dish to another level.

Blue Ribbon Las Vegas is a hidden gem on the third floor away from the casino, but worth the walk. The staff catered to us from the moment we arrived, providing impeccable service and perfectly cooked food. My favorite was the creamy tomato soup and the Straight up Brooklyn (their take on Manhattan) was perfectly balanced. The understated ambiance and background music at just the right volume added to the overall great experience.

This restaurant is not exactly budget-friendly, but it's also not overwhelmingly expensive. The fried Chicken was crispy, juicy, and delicious, although the price point of $55 for about 4 pieces and 2 sides was a bit high. The ribs appetizer turned meal was incredibly soft and flavorful, and the addition of a mini grill was a fun touch. Despite the higher prices, the atmosphere was pleasant and the customer service was top-notch. I would consider returning in the future.

We were in search of a spot to grab a couple of drinks before catching a show at the Chelsea Theatre, and ended up at Blue Ribbon Las Vegas due to its proximity to the theatre and available bar seats. We started off with a Mai Tai and Let Me Clarify, both of which were surprisingly impressive. The appetizers on the menu caught our eye, so we decided to try the Pork Belly and Teriyaki Meatballs. The presentation of the dishes was top-notch, but more importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. We continued to enjoy a few more drinks, opting for the Southern Gentleman this time. Dave, the bartender, provided excellent service and engaging conversation throughout our visit. We are eager to return to try a full dinner at Blue Ribbon Las Vegas, and it seems like this will be our new go-to spot for pre-show drinks before concerts and events at the Cosmopolitan.
