Nestled inside the Paris hotel, Cafe Americano boasts a laid-back, unpretentious atmosphere. Our server truly stood out with her exceptional service—she was both friendly and attentive, keenly aware of the needs of everyone at the table. Her thoughtful attention to my daughter made a thoughtful impression. Our selection focused on starters: chicken tenders with fries, quesabirria flautas accompanied by beef consommé, and ceviche sliders. The chicken tenders offered a satisfying contrast of crispy coating and juicy interior, complemented by the well-seasoned fries. The flautas and consommé were flavorful, yet the consommé lacked the depth of savory richness typically expected. Meanwhile, the ceviche was refreshingly balanced and vibrant. An old fashioned rounded out the meal, unexpectedly smooth in flavor. The total cost, including tip, came to $138.72. While the dining experience was enjoyable, the price seemed steep for a menu centered around appetizers. The dishes were tasty, albeit somewhat conventional.

Cafe Americano Paris in Las Vegas offers classic American dishes at reasonable prices, which is great given its prime location. The cafe latte, however, is on the pricier side. The service is consistently excellent, and the spot is perfect for people-watching due to its central location. They have this amazing carrying case for dogs that keeps them secure while allowing them a view. Now, I just need a dog for an excuse to get one—it's adorable!

During a trip to Las Vegas to catch some live music, I stayed at the Paris Hotel, where a friend of mine usually secures complimentary accommodations and meals through frequent gambling. This was my second visit to the Paris, with the first being quite a while ago. The hotel shows signs of aging, though the lobby and some restaurants still maintain their charm. Cafe Americano is currently undergoing renovations, which has resulted in a smaller dining space and consequently longer wait times. This seems to have impacted both the food and service quality. While there were standout performances from a couple of servers, dining there for breakfast over five days and indulging in a few late-night desserts revealed some inconsistencies. The breakfast omelet is satisfying, but variety is lacking for consecutive meals. The breakfast potatoes disappointingly arrived never quite warm, likely due to being pre-cooked in large batches. I ventured to try the Cuban sandwich for breakfast, which was rather bland. On the last day, seeking something different, I opted for the fried chicken sandwich, which turned out to be exceptional—possibly the best I’ve ever had. A slice of chocolate cake, enjoyed after an evening concert, was delightful except for an unnecessary drizzle of Hershey’s syrup. The staff often appeared weary or overburdened, which affected the overall experience. Fortunately, the ongoing updates to the restaurant might usher in a revitalized atmosphere.

Arnold was absolutely the vibe! So friendly, had our whole table laughing, and created the most memorable experience we've ever had in Las Vegas! Every time I come here, I want him as my waiter! Wonderful service—Arnold was so personable, made excellent suggestions, accommodated dietary needs, and made us feel like family. Love him! As for the food, many options are simply delicious, with large portions and amazing drinks. Charles, the manager, was also a godsend with his professionalism and charisma. What a joy! I will forever love this restaurant, thanks to the fantastic employees and management.

We recently visited Cafe Americano at the Paris hotel in Las Vegas and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We enjoyed Cuban sandwiches, pizza, fried calamari, and a veggie salad with shrimp. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place. Our large group was accommodated with ease. 😊

Cafe Americano Paris is a restaurant located within Paris Las Vegas. The menu is decent, but the prices are a bit high for the quality of food offered. I ordered the Caesar salad, which was quite underwhelming with a very light dressing. The salmon dish was better and saved the meal, but overall, I found the dining experience to be just okay. I may give this place another chance and try some of their other menu items in the future.
