Had breakfast here recently and left feeling pleasantly surprised. The avocado burrata toast, eggs benedict, and coffee were all delightful and fresh. I was pleased to learn they prepare their hollandaise sauce in-house, as I tend to avoid places that use pre-packaged alternatives. The service was satisfactory, though it's not the spot for a rushed morning meal, as it took 30 minutes to receive our order even with some empty tables. It seemed like the kitchen was having a bit of difficulty keeping up. On a positive note, I appreciated the jarred honey and jam available at the tables. Interestingly, my previous dinner experience here a year ago didn’t stand out, but breakfast was definitely an improvement!

Upon arrival at Cafe Americano in Las Vegas, there was a small line to be seated, but it moved quickly. The server was attentive, taking our order and clarifying any questions about pricing. The restaurant itself is extremely nice with an upscale vibe, which reflects in its pricing. Be aware that everything, including coffee and beverage refills, is charged separately. The food arrived promptly, hot, and was delicious. The atmosphere is generally relaxing, although some seating areas may feel a bit cramped. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though the close seating might be a consideration for some. This contributes to a rating of 3 for the atmosphere.

Absolutely love the food here! I've visited many times and have never had a bad meal. The service is consistently impeccable. Being a 7 Stars member helps avoid the typically long wait, which might affect others. I tried the avocado burrata toast, which was delicious, though the accompanying greens had a very lemony dressing that wasn’t to my taste. I usually swap them for the amazing, seasoned breakfast potatoes. The granola looked both delicious and healthy, and the breakfast sandwich was huge, with a switch to wheat toast making it an excellent choice. I also ordered a green drink and a café mocha. The green drink was great, especially if you enjoy spinach, but I found the café mocha to be more like a small latte—I'd recommend saving your money and grabbing a Starbucks on your way in. Overall, this place is fantastic!

Cafe Americano is undoubtedly one of the standout brands gracing many resorts in Las Vegas. The location within Caesars Palace boasts both a bar and dining area, in addition to a section called Terraza—although it's unclear whether that's another bar or a separate area. Conveniently, it's open 24/7 and offers a variety of late-night food options. Opting to dine early in the morning proved to be a wise choice, as the restaurant tends to get quite busy by lunchtime, often with lengthy lines. The interior is impressive and, given the early hour of around 6:30 AM, the place was nearly empty, providing the perfect opportunity to snap some photos. The highlight, however, was the food. The CA Breakfast Sandwich showcased excellent quality and taste, with a generous portion size that is quite reasonable considering most hotel restaurants. The potatoes were particularly noteworthy—crispy and reminiscent of fries, but in cube form. While lunch here might be too crowded for my liking, visiting around dinner time could be a great alternative. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience with commendable service.

The service at Cafe Americano in Las Vegas was excellent and very friendly. The atmosphere was decent. We arrived before the breakfast rush, but it got very busy soon after. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed but was quite sour. The mocha was very strong and lacked sweetness. The portion sizes were too large and quite expensive. It's challenging for me to eat such a big meal in the morning, so it felt like wasting both food and money. It would be great if they offered half-size portions or more options on the sides menu.

The food at Cafe Americano was fantastic. We initially went for brunch, but unfortunately missed the breakfast menu. Fortunately, the restaurant is open 24 hours a day and offers 4 different menus throughout the day based on the time. The server was excellent; they were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, answering any questions we had.
