Our waiter was excellent—humorous and attentive, always eager to discuss flavor preferences and offer dish suggestions. They recommended the daily "pasta special," which turned out to be the best pasta I'd had in months. The "Cristina" pizza was another standout as per their recommendation. As for the IPA beer, it had a delightful fruity taste, which was quite pleasing.

Loved the Venetian atmosphere, complete with the canal, gondolas, and impromptu opera singing, which made for an enjoyable experience. Dinner at Canaletto was delightful, with wonderful service adding to the charm. While the bruschetta and main pasta dishes were decent, they didn't particularly stand out given the price. The torte, however, was excellent, as was the espresso. Overall, the service and ambiance were the highlights of our visit.

Amid the countless dining options in Las Vegas, Canaletto stands out as an exceptional choice for a guaranteed flavorful, high-end meal that won't break the bank. The server, Nef, was attentive, gracious, and added a touch of magic to the dining experience at The Venetian. The food quality is excellent, and the staff are exceedingly professional and gracious. If you're searching for a top-notch Northern Italian meal, look no further!

We had a wonderful experience at Canaletto. Sitting outside in the Saint Mark's Square area of the Venetian made it feel like we were dining al fresco with perfect weather. The service was exceptional, and the food was flavorful. However, in my opinion, the pasta and ravioli were slightly undercooked. The appetizer was delicious and had a great variety of flavors. There were also excellent options for non-alcoholic drinks. I would definitely visit again, but I would request that the pasta be cooked a bit longer, as I'm not accustomed to al dente pasta. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.

During our visit to Canaletto in Las Vegas, located inside the Venetian Resort, we enjoyed a delicious beverage in a charming indoor setting that resembles an Italian square. The bartender was welcoming and provided quick service, and we were seated promptly at the rail. The Italian Lemonade we ordered was a delightful and invigorating choice.

Whenever I'm in Las Vegas, I always make it a point to dine at Canaletto. The ambiance is stunning and the food is absolutely delicious! My go-to dish is the gnocchi bolognese - it never disappoints.
