What I Disliked
I’m giving this place 2 stars purely for the excellent beer. Unfortunately, our dining experience was marred by the cook, who seemed more interested in the basketball game than in preparing our meal. The pizza, which was supposed to be 'original Chicago style deep dish,' came out with raw dough, lukewarm sauce, and cheese that hadn't even melted. This wasn’t an isolated incident, as it happened on both of our visits. It truly spoiled our experience, so I would recommend only stopping by for drinks—just make sure this particular cook isn't on duty.

Chicago Brewing Company in Las Vegas offers a standard brewpub experience located within the Four Queens casino. Due to ongoing construction, only around two-thirds of the menu was available, primarily featuring typical bar fare. However, the CBC beer sampled was enjoyable. Overall, it may not be compelling enough to go out of your way for a visit.

Overall, our experience at Chicago Brewing Company was pleasant. The service was efficient and the option for smoking or non-smoking was appreciated. The menu consisted of typical American fare including burgers, pizza, salads, and various appetizers. I tried the sausage and mushroom pizza with a thin crust, which was a bit too cheesy for my liking. The prices were reasonable considering the restaurant's location at the 4 Queens. I believe the focus here is on quantity rather than quality, but the burgers are worth a try. I recommend giving them a shot!
