What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

If you're seeking a quick and flavorful bite in Las Vegas, this spot is a great choice, especially if you prefer avoiding a more formal, costly sit-down meal. We were in the mood for something fast and tasty, and this place delivered perfectly. The food was delightful, and we enjoyed our meal quickly before moving on with our day. Although the line was growing when we arrived, the efficient staff kept things moving at a brisk pace. We tried the signature dish, which was both unique and flavorful, but I found the Fairfax sandwich to be even more satisfying. If they could mix up the bread selection a bit, perhaps with an everything bagel or something more exciting, that would be fantastic. Nonetheless, the sandwich filling was incredibly tasty, especially with some added Sriracha, which is available upon request. The truffle hash browns made for an excellent side, and the cookie was the perfect sweet finish to our meal. Given the location and convenience, this place offers great value for a quick meal in Vegas, providing just what you need to fuel a busy day. Highly recommended, and I'm looking forward to visiting again on our next trip!

What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

After avoiding the long lines at Eggslut during our visit, we finally decided to give it a try on our last day, convinced by the crowd's enthusiasm. The wait to order was around 30 minutes, with an additional 5-minute wait for our food. Unfortunately, the hash browns we ordered were missing. Upon pointing this out, the staff confirmed they weren't included in the receipt, and we were told to wait in line again to reorder them, which was a major disappointment. We opted not to wait again and simply took our orange juice and sandwiches to our room since seating wasn't available. The sandwiches were consumed after some time, but impressions were mixed. The sausage sandwich and orange juice were decent, though not particularly memorable. The bacon and egg sandwich was light with a generous amount of bacon, yet, considering the wait, hassle, and price, it didn’t feel worth it.

What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

The food at Eggslut in Las Vegas is quite tasty. The Fairfax Sandwich stands out with its fresh ingredients and creamy egg, offering a unique experience. The cheeseburger patty is enjoyable, although the pickles have a somewhat intense acidity and unexpected sweetness. The "slut" dish is delightful, but the potato purée could be smoother, and the accompanying toast is rather hard to bite into. The coffee is robust and satisfying. Do note that the place can get quite crowded, making seating a bit challenging, with a probable wait time of around 10 minutes in line.

Eggslut in Las Vegas serves up an amazing egg sandwich. The Fairfax with bacon was absolutely delicious. Be prepared for a bit of a wait due to the long line, and finding seating can be challenging. Despite these minor inconveniences, the quality of the food makes it well worth the visit.

What I Disliked

Tried both Eggslut and Egghead for the first time on consecutive days, and I must say I prefer Egghead. The sausage sandwich I ordered at Eggslut was tasty, though slightly dry. The Truffle hash browns were enjoyable, albeit on the pricey side given the portion size. Overall, I found this spot enjoyable but noted it to be more expensive compared to other similar breakfast places. It’s worth mentioning that Eggslut is always bustling whenever I pass by, and during my visit, there was a fairly quick-moving line of about 30 people, stretching around the restaurant and down a hallway.

Our visit to Eggslut was truly fantastic. We sampled a variety of egg sandwiches, all of which were delicious. The Fairfax sandwich stood out with its fluffy scrambled eggs, chives, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and sriracha mayo on a warm brioche bun. The flavors melded together perfectly, and the quality of the ingredients shone through. We also savored the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich. The bacon was wonderfully crispy, the egg was cooked just right, and the melted cheddar cheese added a delightful sharpness to the dish. Despite the bustling crowd, the service was prompt and welcoming. The casual yet trendy ambiance made for a pleasant and laid-back dining experience at Eggslut in Las Vegas.
