I absolutely adore Eggslut! Every time I visit Vegas, I make sure to stop by, regardless of where I'm staying on the strip. Normally, I go for the bacon and egg breakfast sandwich with the spicy ketchup, but this time I tried the sausage and egg sandwich with my companion. The food is always fresh and served quickly, even though there is usually a long line. The best time to go is right when they open, around 8:45 AM before the line starts to build up. My personal favorite is the bacon egg sandwich - messy but delicious. The sausage and egg sandwich is also great, with a more fresh and healthy taste compared to the usual greasy breakfast sausage. The brioche buns are fluffy and beautiful, perfectly complementing the tasty sandwiches. Don't forget to check out the charming seating area across the restaurant too!

Eggslut in Las Vegas is a definite must-try! Despite hearing about the long lines, it wasn't too bad as their team ensures no one cuts in line. The system in place is super organized from start to finish. The taters were crispy and the eggs cooked to perfection. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious!

Arrived around 8:30am on a Saturday to a line wrapped around the corner at Eggslut in Las Vegas. I was surprised by the early crowd but they managed to move through it quickly. Even hours later, there was still a line so consider yourself lucky if you can avoid it! I tried the sausage sandwich, intrigued by the fact that the sausage was made in-house. I found the sausage to be a bit dry, but the egg on the sandwich was cooked perfectly and the mustard added a nice touch. We also ordered the truffle hash browns which were excellent, with a strong truffle flavor and delicious house-made ketchup. I would recommend stopping by Eggslut, just be prepared for a line!

Tasty egg sandwich. A quick place to grab breakfast. Ordered the egg breakfast sandwich and the egg cheeseburger they were pretty much the same thing. Not the best and not the worst. The hash browns were good. The side salad had no purpose. The OJ and coffee was solid. For seating it’s where ever you can find it, like a mall food court. All in all for the wait time, price and quality of the food it’s a bit overrated.

There was a huge hype around this spot. The sandwiches weren't great. And the turkey sausage was so stinky had to remove it from the sandwich. But the truffle oil hash browns were out of this world. Def wouldn't go there again for breakfast with so many options while staying in the Cosmo hotel.

Yummy! one of the better egg sandwiches we've ever had. We got the Fairfax - which was nice to share since it was a bit on the creamy/ rich side, it could use more acidic elements to help balance the flavours imo - but that's a personal preference. We also got the truffle hash browns which were delicious. Very curious about their other menu items.
