Outstanding dining experience at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House in Las Vegas! The service was top-notch, with our waiter being very attentive and engaging. We both enjoyed the Chilean sea bass, prepared in two different ways, from the regular menu and the special of the day. Both dishes were delicious! The corn bread appetizer with various toppings is also highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House in Las Vegas. The service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy with sales. They were honest if they didn't know something and made sure to check rather than guess. The drinks were reasonably priced, well-made, and had a good pour. The meal itself was delicious with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The staff even went above and beyond to modify a dessert to accommodate gluten-free needs. Highly recommend dining here.

The octopus appetizer was fantastic! Octopus was cooked perfectly and had great flavor and then combined with the hummus it was perfection. The sea bass i ordered was cooked perfectly as well but the puttanesca sauce that it was served on didn’t really pair well with it in my opinion. Brussels sprouts on the side were the best part of the dish. They were crispy with a sweetness that complemented the saltiness of the bacon in them. My wife unfortunately ordered her tuna medium which caused it to be a bit dry. The balsamic sauce with it was very good though. Deducted one star for the nonsense county mashed potatoes. They were the worst potatoes I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The texture was gritty. The chunks were fine that was expected with them being country style but the rest of the mash should have been much creamier. On top of that they had zero flavor. No salt, no pepper, no butter. We each took a couple bites and left the rest because they were so bad. Service was attentive and the food was out quickly.

Not enough good things to say. The service was impeccable from the bar through to dessert. The staff was professional and not sales pushy. They also admitted when they didn't know something and checked rather than made it up. Drinks were not overpriced and were fresh with strong pours. The meal was delectable. Nothing heavy, everything fresh, portions were generous. And when the dessert we requested didn't satisfy our gluten free needs - they modified it for us

I highly recommend Emeril’s! Our servers Alfred and James were fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and went the extra mile to ensure our experience was enjoyable. From offering lemon/lime for our water to bringing us salt water for a food spill on clothing. Absolutely amazing! The food itself was incredible. I highly recommend the jambalaya and raw oysters. Truly a great experience.
