Intrigued by the rave reviews of the swordfish dish, I decided to check out this restaurant. I began my meal with the grilled octopus and fried calamari, and they did not disappoint. The octopus was outstanding, perfectly cooked, and enhanced by a delicate vinegar and lemon dressing, elevating its robust taste. The calamari was lightly battered and just right—neither greasy nor overcooked—and only required a dash of lemon for extra flavor. The star of the meal, the swordfish, exceeded my expectations with its delightful moisture, far surpassing the typical dryness I've experienced elsewhere. It was so tender that a fork was all I needed to cut through it. The display of fresh fish was a pleasing sight, emphasizing the quality and freshness of the seafood offered. Our server was fantastic, thoroughly explaining the menu and sharing his top recommendations. For those who appreciate swordfish, seafood, and similar fare, this spot is a must-visit.

Estiatoria Milos in Las Vegas is known for its outstanding swordfish dish, so I decided to give it a try. The meal began with grilled octopus and fried calamari, both of which were superb. The octopus was exceptionally prepared, featuring a perfect texture and enhanced by a light vinegar and lemon sauce that elevated its robust flavor. The calamari was delicately breaded and perfectly cooked, avoiding any greasiness or oiliness, needing just a touch of lemon to complete the taste. The swordfish surpassed my expectations, being moist and tender, a stark contrast to the drier versions I’ve encountered elsewhere. It was so tender that only a fork was needed to cut through it. The fresh fish display offered a pleasing visual experience for diners and highlighted the restaurant's commitment to freshness in their seafood offerings. The server provided an excellent introduction to the menu, offering recommendations and sharing personal favorites. Estiatoria Milos is definitely a must-visit for enthusiasts of swordfish, seafood, and similar dishes.

During a recent dining experience at Estiatoria Milos in the Venetian, Las Vegas, our group found the meal to be exceptional. The service and atmosphere were top-notch, and the fresh fish selection was particularly impressive – being able to choose seafood fresh is fantastic! The only slight disappointment was the Cauliflower Flowers, which had too much batter. However, all other dishes, including the Fava hummus, grilled octopus, and Greek tomato salad, were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.

A group of twelve of us had an exceptional experience at Estiatoria Milos in Las Vegas. The salt crusted and baked fish was incredibly soft and flaky, we ended up ordering two to share with the group. The appetizers were delicious and plentiful, especially the octopus - we definitely wanted more!
