Without a doubt, Flour & Barley offers the finest gluten-free and dairy-free pizza you'll find not just in Las Vegas, but possibly anywhere else. I only wish there was a location in Dallas, as I'd be a regular customer. The unique dough really captures the flavor of hops, making it a delightful experience for those avoiding gluten and dairy. It's a rare find to enjoy something so incredibly tasty!

We had a great evening at Flour & Barley - Brick Oven Pizza in Las Vegas. The pizza was delicious; we ordered a Parma and a Calabrese, and both were excellent! Despite the place being packed during the Consumer Electronics Show week, our waitress efficiently took our order and kept our beers coming. I highly recommend this spot in Las Vegas!

Dropped in for a quick bite and received excellent service from the staff. Tried the Brussels sprout starter, which was fantastic. The Calabrese pizza was delicious. They offer a great selection of beers and the service was top-notch. On a recent visit for more snacks, I tried the meatballs and garlic bread, and they were amazing.

Our server was fantastic and very attentive. The food arrived quickly and each dish was delicious; however, the portion sizes seemed small for the prices. The ambiance was pleasant, and the restaurant was clean.

We ordered takeout from Flour & Barley - Brick Oven Pizza in Las Vegas. One of us had a cheese-less pizza while the other tried the gluten-free fettuccine Alfredo. Unfortunately, the flavor of the chicken in the fettuccine was disappointing and there were only two small pieces of it. Additionally, the tomatoes didn't complement the savory nature of the dish. This left us not wanting to dine here again. The cheese-less pizza was deemed tasty but small, and not quite worth the price. On a positive note, we did appreciate their ability to accommodate our dietary needs.

We were feeling overwhelmed by the many dining options in Las Vegas, so we decided to try Flour & Barley - Brick Oven Pizza. We were pleased to find both inside and outside seating available. The service was excellent - our waitress was friendly and attentive. The pizzas arrived quickly and were delicious. I highly recommend trying the Calabrese and the Flying’ Hawaiian pizzas. They were perfectly balanced with just the right amount of toppings. The prices were fair for the quality of food we received.
