Flour & Barley - Brick Oven Pizza

The service and atmosphere at Flour & Barley - Brick Oven Pizza left much to be desired. After spending a significant amount of money, we felt rushed out of the restaurant by a staff member who seemed more focused on turning over tables than providing a pleasant dining experience. Despite there being plenty of available tables, we were made to feel unwelcome and pressured to leave. While the pizza and cheese bread were delicious, the negative attitude of the staff member ultimately soured our opinion of the restaurant. In a city with so many dining options, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Amazing experience at Flour & Barley! My group of 8 was seated promptly without a reservation. The calamari with fried lemons was a standout dish, and the portion sizes were generous. While the appetizers were a bit small, the pizzas were filling and delicious. I would skip the sangria, but overall, I highly recommend a visit to this tasty spot.

Despite spending over $100, we felt rushed out after our meal, with the manager appearing multiple times to remind us of incoming reservations. This made us feel unwelcome and unappreciated. While the pizza and cheese bread were delicious, the poor customer service overshadowed the meal. With so many other dining options in Las Vegas, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Flour & Barley has a nice selection of pastas and pizzas. While they offer gluten free options for both, their fryer is curiously not separate, creating the potential for cross contamination for the Brussels sprouts and buffalo cauliflower. The gluten free pizza crust is remarkably deep and fluffy, a departure from what you get at most pizza joints. Lots of drink options. Service attentive and food brought freshly prepared and hot. Can eat inside or out.

After spending over $100 we felt rushed out of the restaurant after our meal. We ate and decided to watch some of the football game that was playing on their screens. Our host was good so I'm assuming the lady may have been a manager that kept coming to our table. She claimed she had reservations coming in so basically we were to buy more or get out was her attitude. There were PLENTY of tables available. We weren't bothering anybody and there were people seated there longer than we had been. IMO it was unacceptable and unnecessary. That's why the 1 star for service and atmosphere. I will gladly spend my money where I'm wanted. The pizza was fantastic. The cheese bread was to live for. I started to order a to go order but her rude demeanor changed my mind immediately. No pizza is worth that much attitude when Vegas is full of other options.

I absolutely loved this place. Great service, delicious food. Perfect location. They have inside and outside seating. Staff was super friendly. We had Bianca pizza and cheese chili chicken pizza. It was recommended to us by our server. We all loved both the pizzas it was super delicious, hot and fresh with perfectly baked crust. We explored place on our last day of the trip. Definitely coming back here when in Vegas.
