**An Underrated Treasure on the Las Vegas Strip!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Living in Henderson, we often venture onto the Strip to try different dining venues, and Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace stands out as a true standout. It surpasses its more renowned counterpart, Hell's Kitchen, in every aspect. ## Ambiance Stopping by around 11 AM on a Sunday, we were promptly seated, benefiting from a reservation system that required a credit card deposit—a risk well rewarded. The establishment's interior is a delightful blend of refined British pub vibes and chic Las Vegas flair. ## Service Excellence The service staff was exceptional. Our servers impressed us with their attentiveness and deep understanding of the menu, always available when needed yet never intrusive. Their enthusiasm and expertise enhanced our dining experience. ## Culinary Highlights We opted for some of Gordon’s famed dishes, and they truly excelled: The fish and chips were outstanding, featuring a golden, crispy batter and delectably tender fish that seemed to dissolve on the palate. Undoubtedly, the finest rendition I’ve ever encountered. The cottage pie stole the show, overflowing with juicy pot roast beneath a layer of the most delectably seasoned mashed potatoes—comfort food transformed into a gourmet delight with each forkful. ## Beverage Selection The spicy margarita I chose was spot on, delivering just the right level of heat while remaining refreshingly balanced.

If you've missed out on your reservation at Peter Luger, consider trying the Pub & Grill by Gordon Ramsay. A visit at 5pm on a Wednesday with a friend turned into a wonderful experience! The Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection, accompanied by delightful scalloped potatoes and asparagus. Many others seemed to enjoy the Beef Wellington, which is definitely on the list for next time.

This restaurant was exceptional! The servers were incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made everyone feel at ease. The food was outstanding! We began with the onion soup, a delightful blend of cheese and ingredients that was hot and satisfying. The entrees followed, featuring seared scallops that were excellent, albeit a bit pricey at $50 for four scallops and some onions. Nonetheless, highly recommended. The beef Wellington was a standout, with its tender meat and rich pastry that offered a wonderful combination of textures and flavors. The mashed potatoes and sauce were also enjoyable. Though I only sampled the fish and chips, they were very tasty. As for dessert, the sticky toffee pudding concluded the meal perfectly. The prix-fixe meals, which included the onion soup, beef Wellington, and pudding, were well worth it. The ice cream complemented the soft, delicious pudding wonderfully. Despite being extremely full, we managed to enjoy an additional serving, thanks to the holiday spirit of the staff. While challenging, the experience was delightful. This restaurant is absolutely incredible, and I would give it a 10/10. Highly recommended!

A fantastic choice! The food was exceptional, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. The Beef Wellington was cooked to perfection, and the sticky toffee pudding surpassed all expectations. The service was both friendly and prompt, with our dishes arriving quicker than anticipated. It wasn’t very busy, but the staff was impressively efficient. The menu offers a variety of options, all likely to be of the same high quality. The pricing is reasonable given the caliber of the dishes, making it a worthwhile dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-tier restaurant experience.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill in Las Vegas lives up to the hype! The food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding. Opting for the set menu was a delight, featuring a Caesar salad, Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding, along with an order of short rib. Sharing everything made it a generous and satisfying meal for two. The wine pairing was a great addition, and even if you're not going for the full pairing, I highly recommend their wine suggestion with the dessert—it elevated the already amazing sticky toffee pudding to another level!

Recently went to Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill during restaurant week and had a fantastic experience! We started with the short rib kettle nachos and onion and ale soup for appetizers, followed by the pub burger and petite roasted beef Wellington for our main courses. We wrapped up the meal with sticky toffee pudding and cheesecake for dessert. The total cost came to around $60 per person with the add-on for the Wellington and beer pairing. The portions were generous and we left feeling completely satisfied. The service was also top-notch, with our server being both friendly and efficient. Highly recommend for a delicious and filling dining experience.
