The ambiance of the restaurant is appealing, yet my meal and the service time left much to be desired. The avocado toast I ordered took an unexpectedly long time to arrive—about 20 to 30 minutes—and lacked flavor. To add to the disappointment, I encountered something crunchy inside the guacamole, which was quite off-putting and might have been ground eggshell, though I can't say for certain. Although the waitress was pleasant, she left the menu on the table throughout the meal, which made me feel hurried. Additionally, the noise level in the restaurant was quite high. In hindsight, Starbucks might have been a better choice for a satisfying experience.

The food and service at Grand Lux Cafe in the Palazzo are outstanding! Every dish we tried was exceptional. We're still raving about the Chicken Parmigiano sandwich even two days later—truly delicious. The cheeseburger sliders had an amazing flavor, and the Alfredo pasta had just the right amount of sauce. The sandwich combo featuring a 1/2 BLT, garden salad, and cream of mushroom soup was excellent. A big thanks to our waiter, who was incredibly friendly and attentive to every need. Fantastic job, Grand Lux Cafe!

We visited for an early dinner and were impressed by the extensive menu and delicious dishes. The dining area is quite spacious, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options. There's a wide selection of dishes available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all served in generous portions. We started with the "Stacked Chicken Quesadilla" as an appetizer and chose the "Crispy Fish and Chip" and "Chicken Parmesan" as our main courses. The food was very tasty, and we ended up with plenty of leftovers. One area for improvement could be the service, as there were moments when it took a while to get our server's attention to place orders or request water.

Our group of seven dined at the Grand Lux Cafe at the Palazzo on a Thursday evening. The restaurant wasn't crowded, and we were fortunate to have Anthony as our server. He was incredibly attentive and provided pictures of the dishes we were considering—a smart move given the extensive menu. Anthony was also mindful of food allergies and offered thoughtful recommendations. Notably, all the salad dressings, including ranch, are gluten-free. The ambiance was superb, and we didn't feel rushed. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The salmon platter was very generous, easily enough for more than one person. In fact, most of the dishes came in large portions, true to the American style. The avocado and chicken salad was substantial and satisfying for dinner, loaded with plenty of greens. The taco dish included three tacos, and everyone who ordered it was pleased with the portion size.
