As someone familiar with New York pizza, I must say that Grimaldi's Pizzeria in Las Vegas delivers a pretty good slice. The tomato sauce may be a bit on the watery side, but it’s packed with flavor, and the cheese complements it well. I visited several times in one week because the quality you get for the price is impressive. My top choice would be the traditional pizza with mozzarella and tomato sauce. It features a nice, crispy crust and folds just like a true New York slice should. The reason for the three-star rating lies in the service. While dining with friends, we all ordered individual pizzas, but they were served inconsistently. The first pizza arrived, followed by the second 10 minutes later, and then the third another 20 minutes after that. It’s puzzling to order separately yet receive the pizzas over a 30-minute span. We ended up eating them as they came to prevent them from getting cold, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, with only about seven or eight patrons there. If you're after a good New York-style pizza, I definitely recommend this spot. However, if you're dining in a large group, be prepared for staggered serving times.

Having heard positive feedback about Grimaldi's Pizzeria in the Venetian, I decided to visit for dinner. Although the restaurant was quite empty initially, we were seated in the middle next to the only other couple present, rather than by the windows with a view. The service was efficient and friendly. We ordered a small Caesar salad, which was more than ample for two people, and a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The salad was exceptionally fresh and delicious. The pizza tasted good, but the crust was so thin and floppy that using a fork was almost necessary. With a glass of wine and a beer, the meal came to over $60, which felt a bit steep. It would be nice if the salad was priced lower and truly offered in a smaller size. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and as the evening progressed, more diners were seated right next to us, which seemed a bit puzzling.

Best place to dine at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. The ambiance is comfortable with pleasant music setting the mood. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is very reasonably priced, delicious, and plentiful. The large salad could easily satisfy three adults.

I had high hopes for Grimaldi's Pizzeria in Las Vegas, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The service was friendly and efficient, which I appreciated, but the pizza itself was underwhelming. I ordered a 12” Traditional with Pepperoni and fresh mushrooms, asking for a crispy crust that was made just right. However, the overall flavor didn't live up to what I anticipated from a coal-fired oven and a Brooklyn NY style pie. The sauce also didn't impress me, which might be a personal preference. Overall, the pizza was okay, but since I haven't visited the original location, I can't compare it to the renowned Grimaldi’s experience.

Grimaldi's Pizzeria in Las Vegas is one of the best pizza parlors with exceptional customer service. When we visited on my birthday, the manager offered us a great deal on our meal when we purchased an appetizer. I would definitely visit again next time I'm in Vegas. The water is filtered similar to New York City. We ordered a bruschetta plate and a delicious margherita pizza. The bartender even surprised us with a leftover glass of wine as a birthday treat! Delicious food and great service overall.

Our group had a lovely dinner at Grimaldi's Pizzeria in Las Vegas. We started with a variety of salads and flatbreads before diving into 4 large pizzas. The portions were generous and great value for the money. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasty, leaving us wanting more. The flatbreads were just okay, lacking in flavor and a bit soggy. However, the pizzas were delicious, with "The Don" and Brooklyn being the crowd favorites. The service staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, although it was a bit loud which made conversation challenging.
