The staff here is speedy and welcoming, always making sure everything is just right. One of the servers kept us entertained with his humor and excellent service. We appreciated the inclusion of bean dip with the chips, which I often order separately. We opted for a combo plate with three selections, ideal for sharing between two people. Upon arrival, you are greeted with fresh chips, mild salsa, and bean dip. Recently, they introduced a happy hour menu that is both delicious and budget-friendly. The chicken tacos are small but have crispy shells, and while they could use a bit more spice, they are still tasty. The Carne Asada fries are a standout dish. Additionally, you can enjoy three Mexican beers for just $3.00 and $5.00 margaritas. There are also larger drink specials available for $10.00. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere with tasteful Mexican music playing in the background. The only downside is the absence of a salsa bar. Despite this, I have visited Guadalajara multiple times due to its varied menu options and excellent service.
