The staff here is speedy and welcoming, always making sure everything is just right. One of the servers kept us entertained with his humor and excellent service. We appreciated the inclusion of bean dip with the chips, which I often order separately. We opted for a combo plate with three selections, ideal for sharing between two people. Would definitely visit again.

We visited Guadalajara in Las Vegas for dinner to celebrate a special occasion. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely hostess and seated promptly. Our server, Antonio, was exceptional—friendly and attentive, ensuring we never felt rushed. He genuinely wanted us to have a memorable experience. The food was outstanding, some of the best Mexican cuisine we've enjoyed in a long time! The shrimp tacos received high praise, while the cheese enchiladas were a personal favorite, especially with the incredible rojo sauce. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to others and look forward to our next visit!

A colleague recommended Guadalajara in Las Vegas, and it truly did not disappoint. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the table-side salsa preparation added a fun and unique touch to the meal. The salsa was authentically fresh and delicious. I opted for the Ultimo Fajita skillet, which was an impressive combination of beef, chicken, pork, and shrimp, all perfectly cooked on a bed of grilled onions and bell peppers. The flavors were outstanding, particularly the pork. The portion size was generous, easily enough for two people. Accompanying the skillet were refried beans, rice, guacamole, and sour cream, all of which were flavorful and well-prepared. The flour tortillas were soft and fresh, complementing the meal beautifully. At around $30, the experience was well worth it. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an excellent dining option in Las Vegas.

Guadalajara in Las Vegas has made significant improvements since the Covid pandemic. The menu offers reasonably-priced Mexican dishes of good quality. Upon arrival, you are greeted with fresh chips, mild salsa, and bean dip. Recently, they introduced a happy hour menu that is both delicious and budget-friendly. The chicken tacos are small but have crispy shells, and while they could use a bit more spice, they are still tasty. The Carne Asada fries are a standout dish. Additionally, you can enjoy three Mexican beers for just $3.00 and $5.00 margaritas. There are also larger drink specials available for $10.00. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere with tasteful Mexican music playing in the background. The only downside is the absence of a salsa bar. Despite this, I have visited Guadalajara multiple times due to its varied menu options and excellent service.
