I'm basing this review on my experiences with other Hooters locations. The service here was as expected, and even surpassed my expectations, thanks to our server, Chevy. She was efficient, quickly taking our order and moving on, which is exactly how Hooters should operate. It can be frustrating when servers are pressured by management to linger and engage in unnecessary banter with customers. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite measure up to other Hooters locations. I tried the Buffalo Platter, but the shrimp was less than stellar, failing to achieve the desired crispiness. The boneless wings seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and weren't served hot. The traditional wings on the platter seemed past their prime, but Chevy promptly addressed the issue, which is really what counts. The old-tasting grease and seemingly low cooking temperature made it difficult to achieve a satisfying crisp. Adding to the experience, I left the restaurant with a lingering kitchen grease aroma, something I hadn't encountered at other Hooters. It might be a ventilation issue, but not a major concern—considering we're in Vegas. In summary, while I would return for favorites like the spicy garlic or chipotle honey, this location falls short compared to other branches I've experienced.

On a Saturday night, we had one of the worst dining experiences in Las Vegas so far. The waiting line wasn’t busy, but it still took a long time to get to a table. Placing our order took even longer, and it was a considerable wait before the tap water arrived—not to mention the delay for our drinks and meal. When the meal finally arrived, there were several issues: the wings were cold, the steak was well done instead of medium, and instead of a side salad, they brought fries. Additionally, another side salad appeared on the bill but not on our table. We informed the waitress that the salad was missing, but we were still charged for it. I had to request a steak knife, which arrived dirty, requiring me to clean it myself before using it. Given the poor service and meal quality, the dinner was way overpriced. The only upside was that the drinks were tasty.

After all the Hooters locations closed in the Pacific NW, I found myself craving those 3 Mile Island wings and planned a trip to Las Vegas to satisfy that craving. I ended up going four times over the course of three days but only ate there three times. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed, particularly when it came to waitresses. On a weeknight visit at 6:30 pm, there were only two servers looking after about eight tables, and although there was a bartender, the bar itself was closed for seating—which didn't make much sense to me. As a solo diner, I couldn't get seated and ended up leaving, never returning that evening. The scenario was similar on my other visits, even during what should be peak hours. During my first visit, I was seated near two televisions that were either frozen or glitching, leaving little to watch. The staff seemed consistently overwhelmed. Despite the service issues, the food was spot-on. My 3 Mile Island wings tasted just as amazing as I remembered, and the curly fries and fried pickles were also quite good. Overall, though, I was disappointed by the lack of staff and seeing customers turned away despite open tables. It seems that the Oyo's reputation and management style might be influencing Hooters' operations, leading to the current situation. Ultimately, I think I'll stick to making my own wings at home using Hooters' breading and 3 Mile Island sauce.

At Hooters Restaurant in Las Vegas, the main draw of the servers unfortunately doesn't live up to expectations. The service was lacking and the staff seemed annoyed to interact with customers. While the food was decent, it was nothing to write home about. The highlight of the dining experience was the walk through the hotel. It would be nice if the food quality improved and the staff had more personality to match their attempted image of beauty.

Recently, I had a disappointing dining experience at Hooters Restaurant in Las Vegas. Despite a short wait to be seated, it took a long time to place our order and even longer for our drinks to arrive. When our food finally came, there were several issues - the wings were cold, my steak was overcooked, and they brought fries instead of the side salad I ordered. To top it off, we were charged for the missing salad that we had informed the waitress about. I had to clean the steak knife myself before using it. Overall, the meal was overpriced considering the poor service and quality. The only saving grace was that the drinks were tasty.

I went to Hooters in Las Vegas craving their crab legs, only to be disappointed that they were not on the menu. I settled for fried pickles instead, which were just okay. The service was decent, but I was annoyed to find out at the end of our meal that the check could not be separated. The restaurant's environment was pleasant, especially considering it is located in a casino. However, I believe southern cooking is superior to the West Coast cuisine.
