Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles

Regrettably, we won't be returning to Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles, despite its convenient location for us. We visited during happy hour and sampled nearly the entire menu. Unfortunately, two dishes arrived each containing a strand of hair—one about four inches long and the other around ten inches. While most of the happy hour offerings are deep-fried, the batter was excessively thick and greasy. We found ourselves unable to finish several items. The California roll was comprised mainly of imitation crab and avocado, and the poke featured rather dry, chewy tuna with an overpowering fishy taste. Sadly, we left about 80% of our order uneaten, which is unlike us as we typically don't waste food.

Absolutely recommend! The vibes were fantastic, making for a memorable celebration. The food was delicious, the ambiance chill, and the staff simply fabulous! Special thanks to all the team members and, of course, the chefs. Exceptional service that truly stood out! Looking forward to returning soon because of this amazing experience. Highly recommend! Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles stands out as one of the top Chinese restaurants outside of Spring Mountain. The authenticity shines through, rivaling experiences straight from Hong Kong and China. Their traditional dishes, such as the Peking Duck, Beef Chow Fun, and Pot Stickers, are exceptional. The truffle fried rice is a delightful highlight as well. In addition to Chinese cuisine, they also offer Japanese-style dishes, providing a distinctive blend of flavors that sets this restaurant apart from other Asian establishments. The staff consistently delivers excellent service, making each visit enjoyable. Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I'm craving Chinese cuisine.

Craving Chinese cuisine isn't a frequent occurrence for me, as I tend to favor Korean and Japanese food. However, on a visit to Rampart Casino, I wanted to try a restaurant nearby and discovered Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles conveniently located inside the casino. Fortunately, despite not having a reservation, there were plenty of open seats, including outside seating, which was perfect given the great weather. The hospitality from the staff was exceptional, right from the hostess who seated us to our server, Frances. She was friendly, accurate, efficient, and very attentive. Observing the staff, it was clear they were all brisk and professional, making for an impressive operation. We ordered Potstickers, Lettuce Wrap, Orange Chicken, and Mongolian Beef. Just as we arrived, our server kindly informed us that we had made it just in time for "Happy Hour," a rare courtesy compared to past experiences at other places. The food was fantastic—the lettuce wrap was bursting with flavor and had an incredible texture. Both the Orange Chicken and Mongolian Beef were excellent, with the beef being surprisingly tender, a rare find in many Chinese restaurants. The potstickers, distinctively prepared in a more Japanese style, were a delightful surprise and I could have easily enjoyed an entire evening of just those. Overall, this restaurant exceeded expectations. The combination of excellent price-to-quality ratio, impeccable customer service, clean environment, and great ambiance makes it a must-visit. For those who haven't been, it's highly recommended. And for returning patrons, it’s worth making a reservation soon for another delightful experience. This place comes highly recommended for all.

I had a craving for Chinese food recently, even though I typically prefer Korean and Japanese cuisine. I was with a companion heading to Rampart Casino and we decided to find a restaurant close by. After looking online, we discovered Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles, conveniently located inside Rampart. We were able to get a table without a reservation, and chose to sit outside due to the perfect weather. The restaurant staff, from the hostess to our server Frances, were exceptional. They were friendly, efficient, and attentive to our needs. The service was top-notch and all the employees seemed very professional and quick in attending to every customer. We ordered Potstickers, Lettuce Wrap, Orange Chicken, and Mongolian Beef. Our server informed us about the Happy Hour specials just in time before it ended, which was greatly appreciated. The food was delicious, with the lettuce wrap being particularly flavorful and the Orange Chicken and Mongolian Beef both excellent. The potstickers were not prepared traditionally, but more in a Japanese style, which was a nice surprise. Overall, Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles exceeded our expectations. The prices were reasonable for the quantity and quality of food, the customer service was outstanding, and the restaurant was clean with a great ambiance. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a returning customer, make a reservation soon and enjoy another wonderful meal at Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles.
