Kassi Beach House

The atmosphere at Kassi Beach House in Las Vegas is fantastic! It has a fun and vibrant beach-meets-Mediterranean vibe. The food is delectable; the shrimp Caesar salad was particularly delightful. Sitting at the bar was a pleasure, and the rosé Prosecco was excellent. They're opening a pool soon, and I'm definitely eager to return and experience it!

Kassi Beach House is an incredibly stylish venue situated inside the Virgin Hotel, which was formerly the Hard Rock, and they continue to offer free parking—a really nice benefit! With seating by the pool, the place exudes a relaxed and elegant vibe that's ideal for a weekend lunch. Arriving around 1:30 on a Saturday, it was pleasantly uncrowded, providing a laid-back atmosphere. A variety of dishes were sampled, beginning with the fries. They were alright but leaned towards being a bit too crispy. The Pineapple Lime Spritz (non-alcoholic) was absolutely delightful—refreshing and packed with flavor! However, the Caesar Salad seemed somewhat overpriced at $16, given its modest portion mostly consisting of a small handful of leaves. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Vodka Pasta with added shrimp. It was phenomenal! The sauce perfectly balanced sweetness and spice, making it a memorable dish. If you visit, this is definitely a must-try!

Visited for restaurant week and had an amazing experience! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was top-notch, and the drinks were outstanding! Absolutely loved the decor, and there's even direct access to the pool if you're staying at the Virgin. But even if you're not, it's definitely worth a visit. Visited Kassi Beach House on a Monday afternoon around 3pm without reservations and easily got a seat with only a few other tables occupied. We chose to sit inside, which still felt like being outdoors due to the layout leading out to the pool. The vibe and decor of the restaurant gave off a fancy beach club in Mexico feel. We ordered calamari, grilled octopus, and oysters but they were out of oysters. We opted for tuna crudo instead, which was a bit bland. The calamari and grilled octopus were good, not overcooked. For our main dishes, we had cacio e pepe with steak and bolognese. Both were very salty, but the steak was cooked perfectly. The service was great and the food was good, although nothing particularly stood out. If I were ever at Virgin Hotel, I would consider dining here again. However, I wouldn't make a special trip just for this restaurant.
