Kassi Beach House

Visited Kassi Beach House on a Monday afternoon around 3pm without reservations and easily got a seat with only a few other tables occupied. We chose to sit inside, which still felt like being outdoors due to the layout leading out to the pool. The vibe and decor of the restaurant gave off a fancy beach club in Mexico feel. We ordered calamari, grilled octopus, and oysters but they were out of oysters. We opted for tuna crudo instead, which was a bit bland. The calamari and grilled octopus were good, not overcooked. For our main dishes, we had cacio e pepe with steak and bolognese. Both were very salty, but the steak was cooked perfectly. The service was great and the food was good, although nothing particularly stood out. If I were ever at Virgin Hotel, I would consider dining here again. However, I wouldn't make a special trip just for this restaurant.

We rented a cabana at Kassi Beach House and it had everything we needed. The couches and chairs were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for a group of 6. The food surpassed our expectations for poolside dining, especially the fries. The pool was spacious, clean, and the sand entry was a nice touch. It was surprisingly affordable for a cabana rental. We made the trip from the strip and it was definitely worth it. The 21 and over policy was a plus for us. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

The ambience at Kassi Beach House is wonderful. We visited on a Wednesday and enjoyed the live DJ, although it could get a bit loud if you prefer a quieter dining experience. The food was delicious overall - the meatballs and calamari were standout dishes, along with the perfectly cooked vodka pasta and fresh raw fish. The desserts were also top-notch. The Expresso Martini was particularly impressive, both in taste and presentation. The staff was attentive and friendly, from the hardworking servers to the welcoming hosts. While the prices are a bit high, we still plan on returning in the future.
