I'm almost at a loss for words, so I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Some might anticipate that every dish here is adorned with lavish gold and silver, but don't be misled—this is true fine dining. The presentation and timing are impeccable, with servers placing dishes in perfect unison. The culinary creations are as stunning to see as they are to taste, and the atmosphere remains delightfully unpretentious. A visit here is unforgettable (the tasting menu is a must-try).

We arrived as a group of five, running 17 minutes behind schedule, and initially faced some difficulty with entry. After requesting to speak with a manager, they agreed to accommodate us. The presentation of the nine-course meal was impressive, but the flavors were unusual and overly complex, leaving most of us unable to finish our dishes. The steak and duck were enjoyable, and the desserts were satisfactory. Overall, it was a decent meal, but with a $2,000 check, returning is not on the agenda.

L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas deserves all the praise! Every aspect of the experience was superb. The food was outstanding, with the steak being the highlight – a Wagyu that was as tender as butter and seasoned to perfection. The onion tart was flawless. The service was wonderful, and the ambiance was vibrant. I can't wait to return!

When Michelin begins reviewing Vegas, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon will undoubtedly earn at least two stars. The discovery tasting menu of the evening was an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, with well-trained, engaging, and informative staff. Each dish was not only delicious but also a masterpiece. The ambiance transported us beyond the casino, creating a truly immersive dining experience. This is undoubtedly one of the finest dining establishments in Vegas!

I made a reservation at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon at MGM Las Vegas to celebrate a special occasion, and it turned out to be the finest dining experience I've ever had. It deserved more than just five stars. Despite my limitations in expressing my admiration with articulate prose, the food itself was exceptional and utterly delicious. The service was impeccable, with the staff being both attentive and knowledgeable. Their recommendations added even more to the delightful experience. The ambiance of the restaurant had a charming and relaxing vibe, making it an ideal spot for an enjoyable evening out. The attention to detail made us feel as if we were royalty.

What I Disliked
The food at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas is visually stunning, but the overall atmosphere is lacking. Guests are seated closely together on barstools with a view of the kitchen. Although the presentation of the dishes is impressive, the flavors did not quite meet expectations. While some reviews raved about this restaurant, it fell short for me and was the least impressive meal I had in Las Vegas.
