We dined at Morimoto Las Vegas for dinner and decided to start with the shrimp tempura maki for our appetizer. Although it didn't seem particularly unique at first, the rice was cooked to perfection, warm, and paired wonderfully with the shrimp. The spicy tuna maki was also delicious, striking a great balance of rice and tuna. The ribeye steak was incredibly tender and practically melted in our mouths. The only critique we had was that the rice bop could use a bit more flavor. However, we found the food to be overall enjoyable and the service to be pleasant.

My first experience with Morimoto was at their flagship location in Philadelphia, and it completely exceeded my expectations. After planning to visit their new Vegas location for a few years, I finally had the chance to go. I was impressed by the innovative and delicious dishes that were served. Each bite was carefully crafted and truly sumptuous. I lost track of how many rounds of food we had, but each one was better than the last. Anna, the sommelier, enhanced our dining experience with her expert wine pairings. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for her craft truly elevated our meal. It's difficult to pick a favorite dish, but the oyster, uni, and fois gras combo was a standout. It was a unique combination that left a lasting impression. Our server, Lisa, was a delight. Her vibrant personality and genuine joy added to our overall enjoyment of the meal. She curated a wonderful menu for us that exceeded our expectations. The manager, Chris, was also fantastic. I would highly recommend Morimoto Las Vegas to both locals and tourists. It was a memorable dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone.

The service at Morimoto Las Vegas was fantastic, thanks to Prince. Every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious. The sushi was particularly fresh and flavorful. Our favorites were the pork sticky ribs and the whitefish carpaccio. The prices were more reasonable than we anticipated, considering it's Las Vegas. We would definitely return for another meal!

Morimoto Las Vegas is a Japanese restaurant located in the MGM Grand that I would rate 4/5 stars overall. While the price was on the higher side, I was hoping for a more authentic Japanese menu with a wider variety of sushi options and traditional dishes. Unfortunately, the menu seemed to be more "Americanized" with items like California Rolls, which was unexpected for an upscale Japanese restaurant. The restaurant primarily focuses on seafood dishes, which made it hard for me to consider it a true Japanese dining experience. As someone who loves Japanese cuisine, I found the menu to be a bit disappointing. Our server was friendly and provided excellent service, earning a 5/5 rating. The food we ordered, including tacos, soup, and various sushi options, was tasty. However, I would have preferred to see a stronger emphasis on authentic Japanese flavors rather than Americanized dishes that you might find in a seafood restaurant.

I recently dined at Morimoto Las Vegas and was disappointed with the experience. I was charged more for my drinks than the menu indicated, and on top of that, they charged me extra for ice in my bourbon. Despite the excellent food, my family left the restaurant feeling hungry after ordering multiple appetizers and entrees. The cost of the meal was over $100 per person, which felt like a rip-off. I suggest avoiding this restaurant due to their questionable billing practices.

During our time in the US, we had the pleasure of dining at Morimoto Las Vegas and it was by far the best meal we had during our trip. We kicked off our meal with the pork belly, sticky ribs, and shrimp tempura, all of which were incredibly satisfying. The food was so good that we couldn't help but lick our plates clean! Despite its saucy appearance, the Rock Shrimp tempura had a delicate crispy texture that exceeded our expectations. The ribs were perfectly cooked and the pork belly was bursting with flavor. For our main course, we indulged in four different types of sushi and the broiled Chilean sea bass. While everything was delicious, the sea bass truly stole the show. It was tender, flavorful, and absolutely irresistible. Overall, our dining experience at Morimoto Las Vegas was exceptional and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal.
