Review: Noodle Exchange is a great spot that I enjoy visiting often. As someone who doesn't want to deal with the cleaning that comes with hotpot at home, it's nice to have a place to go for that experience. The pricing at Noodle Exchange is fixed based on the protein you choose, with the option to pay a little extra for more of a specific item. I wish there were more shrimp included in the seafood plate, as the portion size is a bit lacking. They also serve tasty drinks, so give them a try if you can. The service is always good, as there are usually helpful staff members around. Next time, I recommend trying something from their regular menu, but hotpot is definitely my personal favorite. Don't forget to smile, eat, and stay hydrated. Keep it real and don't settle. Hope to see you there! xo

The beef chow fun was reasonably tasty, but needed extra soy sauce which would have normally been easy to get except the level of service was not too great as I never had a server come back after the meal was delivered until the check came.

Experience/Environment: I love this place lol. I take myself on solo dates here all the time. Backstory — in my family, we do hotpot at the house maybe twice a year — always a big production, tons of plates, tons to clean. It’s nice to have a place to go get the hot pot experience without the cleaning. Price & Food: Depending on what protein you want, you pay the fixed price. If you want more of something specific, you can pay a little extra. In my opinion, there should be more shrimp on the seafood plate. It only comes with 3 and that’s not even enough for a snack. They have good made drinks that’s pretty good too. Try if it’s available. Service: It’s never really busy when I go so there’s usually people hanging out available to help. Everyone is pretty nice there. NTT [[Next Time Try]]: They have a full regular menu there too. But I am super bias and think everyone should try hotpot if they haven’t already. Thank me later ;) Smile, eat, hydrate. Live honest and don’t settle. Hope to see you out there! xo

The noodle exchange has decent prices for being a restaurant inside a Vegas casino. The hot pot is a very good deal and quite delicious. The Pho offering is not very good and the veggie sides looked awful. The Gyoza and soft noodles were good. 3.5 Stars.

This is one of my go to spots for Beef Brisket Won Ton Min. If you want something as close to Honk Kong style noodles as possible then you found the right place. As for service they are all nice but when I went there I was having lunch on my own. There were plenty of open seats but it took them a while to seat me. While I understand that it was during lunch hour I think that it could have been done a little more swiftly. Other than that I will keep coming back as long as the quality of the food stays the same if not better.
