Visit WebsiteOffering an impressive selection that includes Pad Thai, Laksa, Udon, soba, Singapore noodles, vermicelli, and Pho, Noodles at Bellagio brings its guests an authentic Asian dining experience. Unlike many Las Vegas restaurants which put a greater emphasis on atmosphere rather than taste, Noodles sets itself apart by pulling out the true flavors of each dish served. Still, the serene and laid-back atmosphere is nothing to complain about and makes a great setting for dining with friends and large groups. While it may be difficult to find a negative review of Noodles, the most frequent complaints deal with the long wait you will likely experience during peak hours.

Noodles in Las Vegas, located inside the Bellagio hotel, had a bit of a wait but we were able to book through Open Table. The service was okay, though we did have to try to get our server's attention multiple times. The prices were a bit high, but that's to be expected on the Vegas strip. I have to admit, the mango pudding was absolutely delicious and one of the best I've ever had. As someone of Chinese descent, I wouldn't necessarily choose to go back again as I have had better meals for the price we paid.

Noodles at the Bellagio continues to impress with its authentic Pan Asian ambiance and exceptional food. The spring rolls are a must-try, perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor. The tempura dishes and BBQ pork tenderloin are also outstanding choices. The sauces that come with the proteins are incredibly tasty and worth trying. Overall, Noodles never disappoints and remains one of the top dining spots in Vegas.

I give 3 stars because of the disposable chopsticks. Bring back the normal Asian silverware because covid is far over. The noodles have a decent Chinese menu, and nothing is complicated to order. The plates I ordered were okay, nothing special. Black bean sauce hor fun is just bad, too much corn starch in the sauce. If you are not eat fast enough, the sauce is running like water, and hor fun is breaking in pieces. The won ton is excellent, but the noodles they use is nasty. Overall, it is hit or miss, but I hope they will bring back my asian chopsticks.

This is noodles restaurant is over-rated. The restaurant looks better than its poor quality of food served with small to minal portions beyond over priced menu items. The simplest pho or even the thai noodles soup were medicore,, bland and to no excitement taste was a waste of money. The orange juice was more satisfying. It's sad when on the beverage list, a hot water with lemon and honey cost $3! It's free every else. I dont recommend a place that has no flavor with expensive pricing on small bowel noodles that you can get anywhere, ironic when the name is a what they should specialize to keep it you enticed to keep coming back. First time there but last, just wanted to try since I stay at the bellagio. BTW. Better to reserve a table, or else an hour average wait time. Bar seating available if you don't want to wait if any seating left as an option.
