I was unexpectedly impressed by this restaurant nestled within a local casino. The experience exceeded expectations. The service was commendable, and both the staff and management were outstanding. Although the tofu and shrimp dish didn’t meet our expectations, management graciously allowed us to return it and did not charge us for it. We enjoyed Vegetable Lo Mein, chicken fried rice, shrimp fried rice, and egg rolls, all of which were excellently cooked and bursting with flavor. The ambiance is appealing, and the service and pricing are satisfactory. The portions are generous. Highly recommend giving it a try. A delightful visit overall.

Ping Pang Pong in Las Vegas offers truly amazing food, served in generous family portions. I highly recommend it. The hot and sour soup is the best I've ever had—truly impressive. The staff was attentive, and fortunately, the restaurant wasn't too busy during our visit. I would highly recommend trying this place. The gobo beef was fantastic. They've done an excellent job with the menu, and I'll definitely be returning. Although I usually don't visit different casinos just for food, this restaurant has changed my mind.

During our Thanksgiving week visit to Las Vegas, we chose Ping Pang Pong for Dim Sum based on its positive reviews. Upon arrival, we encountered a long line of people waiting to be seated. Once inside, the first pushcart reached us and we selected just one item, as the specific dishes we requested were on another cart. Unfortunately, service was notably slow, and no staff greeted us for the first 10 minutes. The second pushcart offered limited options as well, but after another 10 minutes, the third cart finally had the items we had been hoping to enjoy. Having experienced Dim Sum numerous times in the Greater Vancouver Area, the offerings at Ping Pang Pong felt average in comparison and did not particularly impress us. A suggestion for the restaurant: It might be beneficial to assign a staff member to manage 1-3 tables at a time. This way, when customers request specific dishes, the staff can promptly bring them, reducing the wait time of 20-30 minutes. Implementing this change could improve the waiting experience both indoors and out, enhancing the overall customer satisfaction and potentially increasing business. Should waiting times and food variety see improvements, a return visit might be on the cards.

What I Disliked
Ping Pang Pong is located within a casino, so navigating through to the restaurant may take a bit of effort. The food itself was quite enjoyable, particularly the Peking duck and chicken feet, which stood out. However, this place does come with a hefty price tag, and the service left something to be desired. It seemed like the waitstaff were in a hurry to turn tables, leading to a somewhat rushed dining experience. Overall, while the food was good, the service and pricing weren't as impressive.

Ping Pang Pong remains one of the top spots for dim sum in Las Vegas. The dishes are freshly prepared on site, ensuring they arrive hot and flavorful. Visiting on a Wednesday, the selection of dishes was impressively close to what you’d find on weekends. Most favorites were available directly from the carts, while a few had to be ordered. All in all, it was a delightful dining experience.

The food at Ping Pang Pong was enjoyable, with dishes like Peking duck and chicken feet standing out. However, the prices are quite high and the service was just okay. It seemed like the waitstaff was in a hurry to turn over tables. In general, the food was good, but the service and pricing left something to be desired.
