I had an exceptional dining experience at Primarily Prime Rib in Las Vegas. The 26-ounce cowboy steak was a standout, easily enough to satisfy two people with leftovers to spare. They conveniently offer the option to serve it on separate plates for sharing, an added touch that enhances the experience. At just $49, finding a steak of that quality and size is quite rare. The phrase "holy cow" comes to mind! The giant baked potato was another highlight, generously topped with fluffy sour cream and butter—definitely worth requesting fully loaded. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cream of chicken soup, which had a luxurious texture reminiscent of clam chowder. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit!

Despite the trend of rising prices and shrinking portions at many restaurants, Primarily Prime Rib in Las Vegas continues to deliver an excellent dining experience at reasonable prices. Although it’s not located on the bustling strip, the drive is worthwhile to enjoy a meal that doesn't break the bank. The casino’s free parking is a welcome perk, given its rarity on the strip. The restaurant exudes a cozy, vintage charm while maintaining cleanliness. The tables are spaced out generously, ensuring a comfortable and uncramped dining experience. Diners can choose from various cuts, starting at 10 ounces, with the prime rib cooked precisely to order and tasting absolutely delicious. Both the drinks and desserts are also sensibly priced. The service is prompt, attentive, and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Stayed at South Point and dined here with friends. Typically, I'm not a big fan of prime rib since I prefer my meat very well done, and many chefs are reluctant to cook it that way. However, I ordered the Cajun blackened 10 Oz, and it was cooked to perfection—well done, yet still tender and juicy. Absolutely delightful. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was very pleasant. A must-visit while in Vegas.

This was our second visit to Primarily Prime Rib in Las Vegas, selected to celebrate a special occasion because the food is just that exceptional. During our first visit, the New York Strip was the star of the meal. This time, I opted for the Cajun-style prime rib, which was beautifully prepared, as you can see in the picture. We started with the crab cakes appetizer, which was also impressively tasty. The prime rib was executed to perfection. For those who prefer something other than beef, the salmon is an excellent choice, cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant and will likely return.

The service and price at Primarily Prime Rib are excellent. I ordered the Rodeo Cut prime rib, which came with a table-side tossed spinach salad and a fully loaded baked potato. The atmosphere is reminiscent of an old school steakhouse, and being located off the strip allows for a lower price for the steak. Overall, a great spot to satisfy your prime rib cravings.
