If you're seeking a straightforward and satisfying dining experience, look no further. Such an offering is rare in fine dining these days. The restaurant boasts a sophisticated atmosphere, ideal for a first date. You can also step out onto the balcony area to enjoy the stunning view.

Rivea in Las Vegas offers a truly beautiful dining experience! The service is exceptional, and the food makes it a place worth revisiting. The duck and the marinated seabass crudo were standout dishes. They also present a stunning tomahawk steak, carved tableside. Although it wasn't ordered by us, it left a memorable impression with its incredible aroma and presentation at a nearby table.

The food, service, and ambiance at Rivea in Las Vegas surpassed all expectations. We decided to indulge a bit for a special occasion dinner, and it was absolutely worth it. The staff, particularly Andy, Tori, and Nicholas, were exceptionally attentive and professional. Both the drinks and food were superb and served promptly. We ordered the short rib pasta as an appetizer, followed by the duck and bison. Every dish was outstanding, but the short rib pasta was the highlight — highly recommend it if it catches your eye! Definitely a must-try!

Rivea in Las Vegas offers a beautiful dining experience with stunning views. The olive tapenade provided a unique but enjoyable start. The shared lobster risotto appetizer was absolutely delicious. Three of us opted for the filet, which was cooked to perfection and incredibly tender, but we found it a bit lacking in flavor and seasoning. The same could be said for the asparagus side. Despite this, the service was commendable.
